Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall surfaces including glazed tiles wherever exists including raking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and as directed.
M&L for Rendering 20 mm thick in two layers (Top 10mm thick rendering coat mixed with water proofing compound shall be laid over 10mm thcik plastered surface) with CM (1:4) on of brick work or concrete surfaces finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement to match the existing surface complete in all respect as specified and directed. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately

M&L APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid over bitumen coasted surface of roof applied with proper torch flames all as per manufactures instruction complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- The APP membrane will have an overlaping of 100 mm on the end laps and 150 mm on side laps. The overlaping and joints will be thermo sealed with the propare torch complete all as specified and directed.
M&L for applying protective coating with aluminium paint @ 0.2 kg/sqm complete all as specified and directed.
M&L cutting out cracks to "V" section in existing roofs of terracing cleaning out, wetting, grouting, with cement sand slurry (1:3) complete all as specified and directed.
Dismantling of old Asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.
S&F for Pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.
