Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) /in manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, for all lift, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. All kinds of soil.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Cleaning the sand stone surface in fountains water channels etc. and removing dirt, dust, bird dropping, grease, oil, algae, fungus, monkey beats, vegetable growth etc with the help of required scrubbers and also cleaning with machine operated water jet where ever required, without causing any scratching/ damage to the stone surface complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (The rate is inclusive of all materials & labours involved).

Supply and top up of water conforming to IS: 3328:1993 in all the corridor fountains, water channel fountains, water storage tanks etc as and when directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing the services of a plumber-cum-operator, equipped with all necessary major and minor tools and instruments, capable of attending to and rectifying all types of plumbing works related to operation and maintenance of fountains. The services shall be made available on regular basis and shall be carried out as per the directions Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and placing in position 100 mm thick factory made machine batched & machine mixed Precast RCC Rectangular Covers on drains of footpath of various sizes, of M-25 grade cement concrete for RCC work, including cost of centering, shuttering, reinforcement of 8 mm dia TMT bars of Fe 500 grade @ maximum 100 mm c/c on both ways, neat cement punning on finished surface, properly encased on all edges with 1.6 mm thick, 100 mm wide MS sheet duly painted over priming coat, reinforcement to be welded at edges with MS sheet and providing 2 Nos. 12 mm dia bar for hooks etc including cost of cartage, all leads & lift, handling at site etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
