(b) Outgoing (i) MCCB 4 pole , 250 Amps,50 Hz,415 Volts, 36 KA with microprocessor release - 03 Nos (ii) MCCB 4 pole , 125 Amps,50 Hz,415 Volts, 25 KA with thermal magnetic release - 03 Nos (c) Platform of Panel. Platform for the panel with PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 with 40 mm graded crushed stone, 15 cm thick in foundation, brick work in CM 1:6 with sub class 'B', old size bricks, rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on exposed surfaces and 100 mm thick PCC padding 1:3:6, type C-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate on top and grouting bolts etc for panel. The platform shall be such that it is of a height 45 cm above the nearest road level. Note :- (i) All out going feeder shall be connected by cable through suitable size gland plate / glands. (ii) The various feeders shall be indicated by 50 mm size letters in synthetic enamel white paint. (iii) All MCCB with adjustable protection for over load and short circuit and conforming to IEC60947-II/IS 13947-II (Latest Version). The MCCB should have Ics=100%Icu. The MCCBs shall have spreader links and barriers as standard feature of manufacturer

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground ,(Earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level ,connected to and including galvanised iron earth wire 32 X 6 mm by means of nut, bolts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel and provision of charcoal dust and common salt packed all around the earth plate including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil and testing complete all as specified and directed and shown in electrical plate number 5 of MES SSR part-I(1991) (a) Excavation and earth work for drilling hole for electrode in any type of Soil. (b) PCC pit in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, Pre cast RCC cover with suitable handle 40 mm thick in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, reinforced with welded steel wire fabric weighing not less than1.87 Kg/ Sq meter. (c) Funnel with watering pipe of GI 20 mm nominal bore light grade and lugs etc complete all as specified and directed (d) 15 mm nominal bore medium grade GI protection pipe 5 meter long for protection of earthing lead complete all as specified and directed. (e) Requisite quantity of common salt and charcoal. (f) Testing of earthing.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning in replacement of factory made and tested Bus bar chamber outdoor type with canopy made out of 3.15 mm CRCA MS sheet, and 40x40x5mm thick MS angle iron frame work, powder coated finish over one coat of red oxide primer on outside surface and painted inside with two coats of red oxide primer, front opening type, with apron for cable entry closing locking arrangement of size not less than 450mm x 450mm x 300mm with 4 Nos 500 Amps aluminium bus bar and with 250 Amp MCCB, 4 pole, 36 KA, 415 Volt 50 Hz including excavation, earth work and platform for the Bus bar chamber with PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 with 40 mm graded stone aggregate, 15 cm thick in foundation, brick work in CM 1:6 with sub class 'B', old size bricks, rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on exposed surfaces and 100 mm thick PCC padding 1:3:6, type C-1 using 20 mm graded sotne aggregate on top and grouting bolts etc for Bus bar chamber. The platform shall be such that it is of a height 45 cm above the nearest road level.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 mtr deep in any type of soil (soft/losse/hard/dense soil) for laying / taking up/ taking down of cables and getting out and levelling of bottom suface to required level all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

Returning filling in,. Including spreading, levelling,. Watering and well ramming soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (ie soil) from site to a distance n. exc 50 mtrs away and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for river washed and screened, dry sand for filling in trenches below and around underground cables for cushioning of cables including watering and consolidation etc, complete all as specified.

M&L for sub class B bricks having minimum compressive strength 75 Kg/ Sqcm laid in trenches for cable protection etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, laying, jointing testing and connecting in replacement XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) with multistranded aluminum conductors, IS 7098 marked, suitable for LT 1100 Volt system, 70 Sqmm, 3.5 core laid in trenches fixed to pole/Wall, including jointing & testing complete all as specified and directed.:- Note :- Excavation, earth work ,cable protection , sand fillings , cable joint shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of schedule.

The panel shall be dust and vermin proof. IP-65 class protection and shell be made of 3.15 mm CRCA MS sheet, and 50x50x6mm thick MS angle iron frame work, powder coated finish over one coat of red oxide primer on outside surface and painted inside with two coats of red oxide primer, front and rear opening type, with apron for cable entry closing locking arrangement including internal wiring with PVC insulated solid, copper conductor FRLS cable, IS-694 marked, 1100 volts grade of appropriate size ( but not less than 2.5 Sqmm) and comprising of the following :-

Supply and fix in replacement outdoor type wall mounted Busbar chamber having 04 pole busbar of rating 200 amps fitted with MCCB 125 Amp, 4 pole , 25 KA, 50 Hz as incomer incuding suitable hole in bus bar for outgoing cable connection including suitable size nut bolt and fastner complete all as directed at site by Engr -in-charge..

Earthing in replacement complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 60cmx60cmx6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.10 m below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to galvanized iron strip 32mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I, connected to earth test point and the equipment on the other nuts and washers of galvanised ironside complete all as specified, including testing and commissioning complete all as directed. Note : (a) The unit rates quoted against this item shall be deemed to include the cost of excavation and earth work in any type of soil, common salt & charcoal dust in alternate layers, PCC 1:3:6 as in pit, precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 with necessary reinforcement as in cover & frame for pit, funnel, watering pipe 20 mm bore GI pipe light grade, protection pipe 40 mm bore GI pipe medium grade etc. (b) The quoted rates shall also deemed to include the cost of earth test point and earth strip/GI lead wire and protection pipe upto 7.5 meter beyond the earth plates electrode.

Note : contractor should procure and provide 50 % of the material as listed above within 15 days of the placing of work order and shall be verified by the Eng-in-charge
