Supply and fixing Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door & other Frames/Chowkhat (Single Rebated) of size 45 x 70 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 850 kg/cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Demolition of boarding of any description such as wooden, PVC, gypsum board, particle board, fibre board, pulp board, insulation boards/slabs/blankets of any type and thickness, fixed in any position including walls, ceilings, cupboards, cabinets, false ceilings, or similar works, including removal of cover fillets, battens, frames, fasteners and accessories, dismantling carefully without damaging adjoining structures, stacking serviceable materials where directed, and disposal of unserviceable materials outside premises as directed, complete in all respects, as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for fabrication and fixing of modular kitchen units including base cabinets (bottom units), wall mounted overhead units, loft units and similar storage units, using 16 mm thick WPC board of minimum density 600 kg/Cum of approved quality, including cutting, shaping, assembling, fixing with solvent cement adhesive and screws to form carcass, shelves, shutters, drawers and other accessories as per modular kitchen design, including provision of 3 inch adjustable legs for bottom units, fixing of units to wall using rawl plugs and suitable fasteners, providing WPC shelves fixed with support buttons/brackets/cleats as required, including all necessary hardware, alignment, finishing, and making good, complete in all respects, as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge Note: (i) Accessories such as soft close hinges, Innotech drawer, handles shall be measured and paid separately as supply only but labour for fixing the same and other minor items not otherwise described shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted (ii) The actual net area of WPC board (All sides of cabinet ) as fixed at site shall be measured for payment. (iii) The 3 D design/ drawing of the modular kitchen/cabinets etc shall be provided by the GE before execution of the work.
