M&L for Brushing neat cement slurry (3 Kg of cement per Sq M) mixed with chemical compound in the proportion, chemical compound SUPER LATEX of DR FIXIT of PIDILITE INDUSTRIES LTD, water & cement (1:4:7) or SBR LATEX of STP LTD or other equivalent as per manufacture instructions for bonding of old concrete surface to new concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on concrete / brick surfaces with liquid water proofing compound @ 200 ml/50 kg per bag of cement or as per manufacturar instruction finished even and smooth without using extra cement over roof / sunken slab /wall complete all as specified and directed NOTE : water proofing liquid will be measured and paid seperately .

M&L for Water proofing treatment on "Non approachable / non accessible roof" surface (Horizontal & Vertical surfaces) in following sequence through manufacturer / authorized applicator of the manufacturer complete all as specified and directed. (i) Properly cleaning and drying concrete surfaces. (ii) Applying a coat of oxidised bitumen based solvent primer @ 0.3 Kg / Sqm (iii) Applying evenly tack coat of industrial 85/25 grade @ 1.2 kg/ Sqm. (iv) Laying unrolled over the bitumen coated surface, polymeric water proofing membrane Hyperplas standard wt not less than 3kg /Sqm with 100 mm over laps shall be sealed by flame as per manufacturers instruction. (v) Applying a coat of bitiminous aluminium paint @ 100 Gram / Sq M over & incl a coat of hot air blown grade bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg/ Sqm duly sanded over polymeric membrane complete.

Supply only water proofing compound (liquid),ISI marked.

Disconnection of existing water connection etc for cleaning of water storage tanks on the roof of double story building of exc 250 & n.exc 500 ltrs capacity and cleaning the tanks internally scrupping cut scales/dirt from botom and sides of tank with scrapers wire brushes etc applying castic soda bleaching powder, cleaning out all scale and dirt etc from tank and from mouth of circulating pipe and cleaning with clean water to the entire satisfaction of the Engr-in-charge and reconnecting the water connection complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F as in repairs 25mm dia ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwedfor iron pipe fixed complete all as specified and directed. Make 'PRAYAG'

Dismantling of wall/ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc) of any type including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing aluminium snap Grid frame work for false ceiling with of size 605X605 mm ,using Main and cross tee of size 36.5mmX25mmX1.4mm,weighing 0.24 kg/RM and 23.5mmX26.4mmX1.4mm weighing 0.191Kg/RM respectively. the snap grid shall be supported at end all along the wall with aluminium anodised angle of size 40mmX25mmX2mm weighing 0.36Kg/RM. The snap grid shall be fixed to ceiling supporting hangers consisting of 2mm dia MS wire/GI wire, J bolts, nuts and washers as per manufacturer's complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 4mm thick non asbestos fibre designer cement building boards fixed or laid/ inserted to timber/GI/Aluminium framework with screws complete all as specified and directed..
