Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. complete.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick (10mm + 5mm) plaster on fair face of brick work in CM 1:4 and surface finished even and fair by mixing liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions complete including cutting vegetation / uprooting all as directed. Note : Liquid WPC shall be measured & paid seprately under relevant item of this BOQ.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound hydroseal-W+ or eqivalent (for plaster hardening, to contol efflorescence & fungal growth) as approved by GE.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint including scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles and necessary safety measures complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint including scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles and necessary safety measures complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth (without using extra cement ) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for of preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats fof oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer finished even and smooth complete all as speciified and directed

M&L for complete removal of existing finishes salts including filling of spots with POP and applying two coats of white wash on walls including preparation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing water proofing plaster at the junction of wall and slab at chajjas, lintels, etc of average thickness 20mm in CM 1:3 with liquid water proofing compound, finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed. Note :- Liquid water proofing compound shall be measured & paid seperately under relevant item of this BOQ.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on concrete surface in CM 1 :4 as in ceiling etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface and for applying three coats of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of old surfaces applying of one coat of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutter of any description exc 1 Sqm and n exc 2 Sqm in area and refixing in the same opening fitting to chowkat complete.

Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles and rubbish off the premises all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level ) all as specified and directed

M&L Coloured Non Skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the tile laid over and including 15 mm thick screed in CM 1:4 all as directed.

All as per item No 16 above, but as in dado/skirting, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick rendering as in backing coat in CM 1:4, set and jointed in neat white or coloured cement to match the surfaces of tiles all as specified and directed.

M&L coloured glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 300 x 200 x 7mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the work over & including 10 mm rendering as in backing coat in CM 1:4, all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick, levelling course of cement concrete M-15 grade (nominal mix) using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring for laying tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC M-10 grade (nominal mix) using 40mm graded stone aggregrate as in plinth protection, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness laided bedded and pointed in cement mortar in floors, aprons etc.

M & L for 20-25mm thick Cudappa stone slab machine cut in dado/ skirting over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white or colour cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of Cudappa stone including cutting and polishing over and including rendering 10mm thick as in backing coat in CM 1:4 complete.

M&L 25mm Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, cills, for counter tops and like in cement mortar 1:4 including pointing in white cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, over and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work, PCC block mansonry or stone boulder masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins arches pillars etc. but excluding ashlar facing dressed stone work and precast concrete articles.

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry of PCC 1:3:6 Type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with solid blocks straight or curved on plan , exc 6m mean radius and exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking up or down steel tubing 15 mm dia and connection including cleaning for refixing and removing to store for following bore of pipe, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supplying & fixing to walls and ceiling 15 mm nominal bore, medium grade, galvanised coated steel tube conforming to IS 1239 (Part-1): 2004 including all fittings conforming to IS 1239 (Part-2): 2011 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No 29 above but re-fixing with new fittings where requied all as specified and directed.

Make: PIDILITE or equivalent :- (a) creating fillet coving of 50mmX50mm with polymer modified mortar using cement : sand : URP (b) Applying PU sealant at the junction of pipes and the RCC surface. (c) Applying 1st coat of two component cementitious coating, over the surface and taking the coating on the walls over the angle fillet / watta portion. (d) Laying 40gsm geotextile fleece at the watta portion. (e) Applying 2nd coat of two component cementitious coating, over the first coat and taking the coating on the walls over the angle fillet / watta upto 1m after 6 -8 Hrs. (f) Applying 12mm thick plaster in C:M 1:3 with liquid waterproofing compound as per manufactureres instruction.

M & L PCC M-5 grade (nominal mix) using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in mass concrete or as in sunken floor complete all as specified & directed

M&L for removing peepul trees or any type of trees/vegetations with root from wall, roof slab, over head tank portions, shafts, rain water pipe portions etc, and applying suitable chemical to the affected area to arrest further growth and making good damaged portions with PCC 1:2:4 all as directed. Note : Safety precautions like rope, safety belts, helmets , ladder etc shall be responsibility of contractor

The PU foam shall have 100% solids and solvent free and shall expand 30-40 times its volume at liquid stage in presence of water the PU plain injection shall have minimum 100 CPS viscocity and shore hardness minimum 50. Make :Pidilite or equivalent approved make.
