Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic Excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. (a) All kinds of soil .

(b) Lift above 1.5 m upto 3.0 m

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth sides of foundation etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth , consolidating each deposited layer by ramming & watering lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m.

P/F 2mm thick M.S.Sheet door shutters and gate shutter with chaukhat frame of 60x60x5mm , door frame 50x50x5mm with locking arrangement, hooks and handles bracing and lodging, hold fast etc. of 40x40x5mm with locking arrangement, hooks and handles with sliding bolts and including the cost of priming coat.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plasterd wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade new work (two or more coats applied @ 1.67litr/ 10 sqm over and including base coat of water proofing cement paint applied @ 2.2kg/ 10sqm).

Distemperring with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade Neww work ( two or more coats) over and including prriming coat with cement primer

Applying priming coat with ready mixed pink or Gray primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood work (hard and soft wood).

Painting (two or more coats excluding priming coat) with superior ready mixed paint for steel work of approved quality in all shades on new steel work to give an even shade.

Painting two or more coats (excluding priming coat) with superior ready mixed paint for wood work of appd. quality in all shades on new work to give an even shade.

Supplying and Applying Dr. Fixit Primeseal ( after making dilution with water in the ratio 2:1 (2 Primeseal : 1 Water) on new roof at 1 Litre per 9.3 sqm.after cleaning the surface using wire brush or appropriate tools (surface to be washed off with water) and allow drying fo 2-3 hours before applying Dr. Fixit Newcoat over this coat as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and Applying Dr. Fixit Newcoat on Primeseal roof surface in three different coats at 1 Litre per1.95 sqm.per coat, laying fibre mesh with adhesive primer (consuming 20 litres for 80 sheets of 3x10m fibre mesh) after 1st coat of Newcoat. 2nd coat of Newcoat should be applied immediately after laying of fibre mesh. 3rd coat of Dr. Fixit Newcoat should be applied after allowing drying of the 2nd coat for 6 to 8 hrs. Each coat should be applied in perpendicular direction to the underlying layer. The entire process should be carried out under strict supervision and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing UPVC soil, waste, rain water and vent , pipes including all requisite fittings , joining of pipes & fittings with solvents cement, trenching , refilling & testing of joins complete as per direction of Engineer in charge (i) 110mm dia.

Providing and fixing unplasticised PVC pipe clips of approved design to unplasticised PVC rain water pipes by means of 50X50X50mm hard hood plugs ,screwed with M.S. Screws of required length including cutting brick work and fitting in cement motar 1:4 (1 cem: Kanhaighat c/sand) and making good the walls etc. complete.

Providing and fixing to the inlet mouth of rain water pipe cast iron grating 15cm diameter and weighing not less than 440 gms.

Making plinth protection 50 mm thick in cement concrete 1: 3 : 6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggrt. of 20 mm nominal size)over 75 mm bed of dry brick ballast 40mm nominal size well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including finishing the top smooth.

Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge . P/F 1mm thick M.S.Sheet eave board with ISA 25x25x4mm and flat 25x4mm with primer and painting complete as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 Cement: 2 Kanhaighat coarse sand:4 stone aggregate 20 mm & down gauge) finished with a floating coat of neat cement. Slurry, but excluding the cost of noising of steps etc. (i) 40 mm thick with 20mm nominal size stone aggregate.

Cement plaster skirting (upto 30cm height) with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement:3 kanaighat c/ sand ) finished with a floating coat 0f neat cement (a) 18 mm thick

SH: FINISHING

12mm cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 Kanhaighat coarse sand:).

15mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix. 1:4 (1 cement : 4 Kanhaighat coarse sand:).

Applying one coat of water thinable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface (a) water thinable cement primer

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plasterd wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade new work (two or more coats applied @ 1.67litr/ 10 sqm over and including base coat of water proofing cement paint applied @ 2.2kg/ 10sqm).

Distemperring with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade Neww work ( two or more coats) over and including prriming coat with cement primer

Applying priming coat with ready mixed pink or Gray primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood work (hard and soft wood).

Painting (two or more coats excluding priming coat) with superior ready mixed paint for steel work of approved quality in all shades on new steel work to give an even shade.

Painting two or more coats (excluding priming coat) with superior ready mixed paint for wood work of appd. quality in all shades on new work to give an even shade.
