The participating tenderer should submit work done certificate for the following nature of work executed in any one financial year in the last five years, the following minimum quantities of work: Earth Work Excavation 145.00 Cum PCC/RCC 145.00 Cum Concrete Sub Base 145.00 Cum

Mandating satisfactorily completed as a prime contractor, in similar nature of single work value not less than Rs.12.50 of the tender value. Similar nature of work means the contractor should have completed the work related to Improvements to Roads and Drains in any of the Urban Areas of the Country only. The intending bidder should submit completion certificate / work done certificate along with the contract certificate copies related to the work certified by the Engineer not less than the rank of Executive Engineer

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e. 2021-22 to 2025-26) Achieved a minimum financial turnover (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) of Rs.100.00 lakhs in at least two financial years. The tenderer should submit VAT/GST certificates to confirm the Annual turnover. The certificate and turnover abstract should be duly certified by the Chartered Accountant.

Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated as under: Assessed available tender capacity A N 5.00-B Where

Liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of no less than Rs.15.00 Lakhs (Credit lines/ letter of credit/ certificates from banks for meeting the fund requirement etc. (usually the equivalent of the estimated cash flow for three months in the peak construction period)
