Taking down wooden chowkhats or frame area exc 1.5 Sqm and not exc 4 Sqm Each with shutter (without taking off shutter from frame), complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 1 above but not exc 1.5 Sqm Each, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down wooden shutter of any description exc 1 Sqm and not exc 2 Sqm Each complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing 2nd class hard wood plain solid straight chowkhats and frames wrought framed rebated on the solid rounded or chamfered put together with glue pinned at joints, complete including treating the ends of chowkhats with coal tar/black paint etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing 105 x 60 mm size Pressed steel frames 1.25mm thick for doors with one rebate including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, and making good with plastering in CM 1:4 including distempering as required at site etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing 165 x 60 mm size Pressed steel frames 1.25mm thick for doors with two rebate including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, and making good with plastering in CM 1:4 including distempering as required at site etc, complete as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing 35mm thick factory made second class hard wood Glazed and skeleton door shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive gauze with sash bars, edges of framing plain fitted with cut and mitred beads (all around of 1st class soft wood) for securing wire mesh or glass, size of members of shutter as specified in SSR Pt-I Sec-8 clause 8.24(b) fitted to chowkhats, complete as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 35 mm thick 2nd class HW plain, framed, factory made paneled shutters (two panels), with lock rail and panel of 9 mm BWP commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS: 1003 (Part I), cleaned seasoned and chemically pressure treated, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing factory made flush shutters, solid core construction 30 mm thick with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both side conforming to IS-2202 (Part -I) 1983, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour in repair 18/19 mm thick prelaminated particle board, interior graded, prelaminated one side with decorative choice laminated and other side balancing white lamination fixed with screws to timber frame work as in Shutter of Cupboards/Kitchen cupboard with teak beading of all sides, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm wood grain printed PVC sheet & edges will be painted to match with printed sheet as reinforced with M.S. square tube and fixing in opening as per specification & drawing, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing factory made solid PVC moulded door shutter with wood free EPS, 28 to 30mm thick (stiles), with 2, 4 or 6 raised panel design with 2mm thick 3D wood grain moulded PVC sheet polyurethane painted on the front face & 2mm thick plain colour PVC sheet on back face, fixing in frame at site as per specification & drawing, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing ECO-4000 series pre-coated double rebated openable window or ventilator made out of galvanised steel colour coated/powder coated (base steel as per IS 513 of 'D' quality galvanised as per IS 277 with zinc of 120 gm/Sqm) with total thickness of coating 0.58 microns finished painted with polyester paint of 12 to 16 microns thick and back coated with alkyd backer 5-7 microns thick or powder coated with polyester powder up to 50-60 microns thick outer frame section 72x55 mm, centre mullion section 72x50 mm, shutter section 47x20 mm, fly mesh section 40x20 mm and the fixed glass beading section 12x12 mm outer frame and mullions shall consist rebate for glazed shutter, fly mesh and 20 mm provision for guard bars/grills, the section cut to length miter jointed with corner brackets, center mullions fixed with mullion cap, stay handles, latch 2 Nos of heavy duty stainless steel pivot hinges per shutter and paneled with 5 mm thick pain float glass and stainless steel (304 grade) mesh for fly mesh shutter fitted with EPDM (Ethyl Propylene Diamine Monomer ) gaskets including fixing window with concrete/stone or brick masonry wall by means of self expanding sleeves and driving MS electroplated 80 mm long bolt into the sleeves through frames (Minimum 4 nos for 1600mm high windows, 3 Nos for 1200 mm less window and 2 nos in ventilator ), including 10 mm square bars welded to 6x12 mm flat at a distance 125 mm c/c etc as per direction of engineer in charge.

Material & labour for mild steel 0.63 mm thick, plain, black sheet in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched, including round headed screws clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40mm lap joint with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up mitred angles etc as requires, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing aluminium anodised grill of aluminium section over 50 mm pitch incl necessary jointing cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, complete all as specified and directed. Note: - Minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron.

Supply & Fix 18 mm thick Plywood over door / window frame and walls in girth not less than 0.60 M in interior decoration complete with necessary fitting like glue or any other binding material and ply filling in gap between wall and Plywood frame etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Supply and fixing powder coated anodised aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates, grill including jointing cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note: - Minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron.

Supply and fixing aluminium anodised powder coated window and ventilator shutters side hung type or sliding type with or without sash bars of aluminium section weighing minimum 0.55 kg/mtr including necessary jointing cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws including powder coated anodised aluminium fittings such as peg stay 150mm long (1 no), hinge type B-21 100mm long (2 nos) suitable handle (2 no) tower bolt (2 nos), complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix 8 mm thick Plywood over door / window flush Shutters in interior decoration fixed with glue or any other binding material for groove cutting or any other design, complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Supply & Fix 1.00 mm thick laminates / Sunmica/ decorative face veneers in any design/colour/pattern over door / window flush Shutters or Plywood in interior decoration fixed with glue or any other binding material, complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Supply & Fix fancy brass assembly handle lock with Key set in interior designed flush shutters any size and colour complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge Make:- godrej / Link or equivalent as approved by the Engineer in charge.

Material and labour for framed work Fe 410-W (Grade - E-250) as in door or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc. complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, doors etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for preparation of New or previously untreated wood and wood based surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint) over a coat of Pink primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint) over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick / stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for brick work with sub-class `B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 M mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall etc including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work/concrete surfaces finished even & smooth (without using extra cement), including preparing new plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of white wash, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick work/concrete surfaces, finished even & smooth (without using extra cement) including preparing new plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of white wash, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for complete removal of old finishes i.e white wash, pili matti etc. and applying two coats of Oil bound distemper over a coat of 1.5mm thick (average layer) wall care putty etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for preparation of plastered or unplastered old surface and applying two coats of white wash on ceiling, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and paving’s not exceeding 15 cm thickness. (Below or above ground level), complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for 40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in floorings including finishing the surface even and smooth with using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing glass dividing strips, 38 x 3 mm thick and inserted in position, confirm to design, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for 50mm thick cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate finished even & smooth without using extra cement as in plinth protection including forming joint to full depth at every 3.0m in forming and at every change of direction and filled mixture of bitumen and sand (1:3) by weight, complete all as specified and directed.
