Dismantling of single layer Mangalore pattern or similar tiles in roofing all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of corrugated or semicorrugated Asbestos Cement sheets in roof coverings including ridges, valley gutters, etc. all as specififed and as directed.

Dismantling wall or ceiling boards or insulation boards/ slabs of any thickness including cover fillets all as specified and as directed.

M&L plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, bed blocks, benching in channels, eves filling between wall and tile/ sheet roofing including necessary form work all as specified and directed

M&L for 2nd class hard wood in scantling, clean sawn fixed in unframed work all as specified and directed.

Fixing only serviceable timber scantling of any description obtained from dismantling in un-framed work all as specified and directed.

Note: Measurement shall be taken flat as fixed without any allowance for laps, etc.

S&F 4mm thick High Pressure Steam Cured (HPSC) non asbestos fibre cement building board in false ceiling with aluminum anodized snap grids of 60x60cm with Tee section 35x25x1.25mm, angle section 25x25x1.25mm thick including 2mm dia GI hanging wire including all hanger fittings etc and applying three coats of white wash on ceiling all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing false ceiling boards of any description alongwith cover fillets/ aluminium grid frame work and refixing the same in old or new position all as specified and directed.

M&L for grinding and polishing the existing old Kota stone flooring/ skirting with necessary white cement, marble powder including treating the surface with Bee wax polish etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for removal of existing vegetations/ trees not exceeding 30cm girth on top/ sides of buildings including digging out roots, pouring sulphuric acid, making good disturbed portions with cement mortar 1:3 including provision of 2 coats of weather proof exterior acrylic emulsion paint over a coat of primer on walls to match with adjacent finishes all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 4mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing to aluminium joineries in square n. exc 0.5 sqm in each pane all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer over 3mm thick layer of wall care putty, on walls, pillasters, cornices, etc., including complete removal of existing treatment and necessary preparation of surfaces all as specified and as directed.

M&L for two coats of weather proof exterior acrylic emulsion paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer on surfaces of walls, pillasters, roof projections, facias, drops, chajjas, etc., including complete removal of existing treatment and necessary preparation of surfaces all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing surface of wood and wood based materials, new or old, of any description and girth, not otherwise described and treated with two coats of creosote oil all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new wooden surfaces over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully point wiring of any description complete for light, fan, 5 A socket, 15 Amps socket, 2 way points and bell point etc including fittings and fixtures such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, holders, light fittings, etc. all as specified and directed.

M&L for Point wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated FRLS unsheathed 1100 volt grade copper conductor multi-stranded cables drawn through and including ISI marked PVC conduit/ PVC casing capping of suitable size and all necessary fittings and provision of one run of PVC insulated FRLS unsheathed 1100 volt grade copper conductor multi-stranded single core cable of size 1.5 sqmm and connected to common earth dolly including 1/2 module PVC surface mounting box with standard white modular cover plate & frames for mounting modular type switches/ sockets etc. for one light point controlled by one switch 1 way complete all as specified and directed.
