Note : water proofing compound should be measured seperately.

(iv) Applying coat of bitiminous aluminium paint @ 200 Gram / Sq M (minimum) in two coats.

M&L for antitermite treatment at points of contact of wood work by chemical emulsion ( in oil or kerosene based solution ) @ 0.5 liter/hole by drilling 6 mm dia holes at a downward angle of 45 degree at 150 mm center to center and sealing the same.

M&L for antitermite treatment of soil under existing floors, side of plinth protection using emulsion @ one liter per hole 300 mm apart including drilling and plugging 12 mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 ( 1 cement : 2 sand) to match the existing floors
