Cleaning of equalizing tank /grit chamber/ oil grease chamber/stilling chamber of Sewage Water in the tank and Removing of settle down Sewage sludge cum mud/De-Silting etc and making good the patches on walls internally or externally in cement mortor 1:3 where required all as required at site and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge at Pinto Park .

(b) Lorry/Tractor mounted septic storage tank of appropriate capacity not less than 3 KL should be used for disposing off the same to the location where approved by the Delhi Canttonment Board/MCD (c ) Necessary Mask, Gloves, Gum Boot and all other safety aspects to be observed including necessary Phawda, Steel Bucket, Manila rope etc. required at site and all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning of Fab-1 and Fab-2 of Sewage treatment plant and Removing of settle down Sewage sludge cum mud/De-Silting etc and making good the patches on walls internally or externally in cement mortor 1:3 where required all as required at site and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge .

Cleaning of Treated water tank with chemical contact tank of STP by removing of all deposited sludge, scale or other unwanted materials from the tank by any means and removing the same from site to out side MoD land and after cleaning, washing and scraping the wall with complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note for item No. 3 to 5: The rate quoated by the tenderer is deemed to be included in the unit rate of the following :- (a) Pump Set of appropriate capacity with operators including necessary connections required at site for including PVC heavy duty flexible hose pipe for suction and delivery purposes. (b) Lorry/Tractor mounted septic storage tank of appropriate capacity not less than 3 KL should be used for disposing off the same to the location where approved by the Delhi Canttonment Board/MCD. (c ) Necessary Oxygen Mask, Gloves, Gum Boot and all other safety aspects to be observed including necessary Phawda, Steel Bucket, Manila rope etc. required at site and all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (d) Injection grouting with waterproofing chemicals in leakages surfaces above. (e ) Exposed external surfaces to be finished with two coats of cement paints , where as decided by Engr-in-charge. (f) Internal surfaces to be coated with two coat of epoxy paint.

Supply and loading MBBR Bio media made of UPVC and corrugated shape having surface area in MBBR as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F Cast Iron butterfly valve 25mm bore, stainless steel disc, gear mountable as per IS 13095 Class PN 1.6 complete with nuts, bolts, washer and rubber gasket including taking out old unserviceable butterfly valve complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item No 7.00 above but 40 mm bore.

Note:- MS flange and flange joint complete with jointing material shall deemed to be included in the unit rate of this item

Taking out complete pebbles from the filter and and refilling the same pebbles after washing /cleaning thoroughly complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in replacement of Cast iron sluice valve, Class PN-1.6, ISI mark, flanged ends drilled having stainless steel spindle with cast iron wheel at top complete with nuts, bolts,washers and gaskets of 100mm bore complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as peritem No 29 here-in-before but of size 150mm bore.

Carrying sample for testing of treated water of STP and submission of detailed test report to the office of the Engineer-in-charge. Details are as under:- (a) Carry out minimum essential testing of water as per IS 3025 & IS 1622 mandatory for chemical , colour, odour, PH value, TSS, BOD,COD, Total residual chlorine, total Nitrogen, sulphate, oil and grease, Ammonical nitrogen(NH3-N) and Bacteriological total coliform organism per 100ml (MPN) and Ecoli in 100ml (b) Treated sewage water shall confirm to the following characterstics:- (i) TSS : < 10 mg/litre (ii) BOD : < 10 mg/ litre (iii) COD: < 150 mg/litre (iv) Ph: 6.5 -8.5 (v) Total coliform: < 100 MPN/100 ml (desired nil) (vi) Resudual CI> 1 mg/litre Rest of the characterstic of the treated water shall be as per IS 3025 & IS 1622. Note:- Rate quoted shall deemed to be included for the followings:- (i) Cost of testing and sterilized bottle as required (ii) To and fro transportation charges for collection of sample.

Supply and mixing of Sodium hypochlorite having 10% chlorine content.

Supply and mixing of Poly Electrolite 100% Purity.

M&L for Overhauling of air compressor coupled with blower motor 15 HP capacity Installed at Sewage treatment plant including necessary arrangement to transporting to workshop fro re-grinding of shaft, oiling ,greasing etc and necessary replacement of wornout bolts ,nuts ,washers, silencer, belt drivers, pressure guage, air-filter, bearings, shaft , rings etc including re-assembling the compressure with blower motor , commissioning and testing to the entire satisfaction of Engineer - in - charge .

Supply only compressor oil all as specified and directed by Engineer - in- charge .

Disconnectiong existing defective electric motor of any make 3 to 5 HP from electric mains by isolating the naked connections, removing from foundation by unscrewing the nuts, bolts etc, dis-couple from pump, opening of motor for inspection in presence of Engr-in-Charge & carry out minor repairs at site re-assembling the motor after repair, refixing in position re-connecting same as prior to removing from foundation including replacement of nuts, bolts washers if necessiates of suitable size, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old unserviceable/burnt copper winding of motors capacity 3 to 5HP (defective motor taken out in item No. 36 above) and material and labour for rewinding of electric motor with super enameled copper winding wire of suitable gauge as per existing including cleaning of rotor slots, all winding/insulation material, varnishing etc. complete and testing at site on full load after reinstallation to the full satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge, all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note :- (a) Replacement of minor parts parts included in this item (b) In case of major repairs not possible at site, the motor shall be shifted to contractor’s wksp and cost of shifting to wksp and back to site included in the item rate.

M&L for replacement of Ball bearing of the electric motor upto 5 HP 3 phase / single phase complete all as directed. Make: SKF/TATA/NBC.

M&L for replacement of MS Shaft of the electric motor upto 5 HP 440 Volts complete all as directed.

Note :- (a) Replacement of minor parts partsincluded in this item (b) In case of major repairs not possible at site, the motor shall be shifted to contractor’s wksp and cost of shifting to wksp and back to site included in the item rates.

Taking out/ lifting defective pump set of any type, (Raw sewage pumpets) of capacity upto 10 HP by unscrewing the foundation bolts, disconnecting from water connection, and disconnecting from electric motor, opening for inspection in presence of eng-in-charge and carry out minor repair at site, in case major repair /replacement of parts not possible at site, the pump shall be shifted to contractor's workshop on his own cost, and re-fixing , reconnecting in position, testing and commissioning complete including replacement of nuts and bolts washers as specified and directed. Note: Cost of replcement of defective parts shall be included under this item except for rewinding.

Taking out old unserviceable/burnt copper winding of motors capacity upto 10HP (defective motor taken out in item No. 44 above) and material and labour for rewinding of electric motor of capacity upto 10HP, 3 Phase with super enameled copper winding wire of suitable gauge as per existing including cleaning of rotor slots, all winding/insulation material, varnishing etc. complete and testing at site on full load after reinstallation to the full satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for painting to exposed Filter media tanks (ACF and DMF) at old STP installation with two coats of synthetic enamel paint as per specified colour code after cleaning and scraping out old paint including writing/marking complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Disconnecting, electrically,isolating the existing unserviceable MCCB of any make and capacity and Supply, fixing, connecting, testing and commissioning MCCB, TP,250 Amp ,440 volts fixed in existinig panel including necessary modification for new MCCB, TP, 250 Amp, breaking capacity upto 36 KA conforminig to relevant IS or as per the existing specification .

All as per item No. 47 here in before but 125 Amps breaking capacity 16 KA

S&F in replacement of Service cable PVC insulated copper conductor of size 6 Sqmm 3 core 1100 Volt grade served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connection suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 metre apart including 4 mm suspension wire one twin core cable flat or circular complete.

S&F in replacement of Submersible cable with copper conductor, stranded of size 6 Sqmm 3 Core complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for lifting, cleaning and refixing of square or rectangular air grids for aeration in sludge holding tank, Equilization tank, MBBR Tank I and II to ensure fine bubbles dispersion with PVC/SS pipes of size 50mm dia inter connected with necessary flange all as required at site and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, fixing and arranging UPVC tube Deck media all as required at site and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for painting to existing LT panels installed at STP installations with one coat of synthetic enameled paint of approved colour on exposed surface including preparation of surfaces all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

Material & Labour for painting to existing centrifugal motor & pumping set complete including base frame with one with two coats of synthetic enameled paint of existing colour/ approved colour for 3 to 5 HP capacity all as specified and directed

Material & Labour for painting to existing blower and coupled induction motor of upto 15 HP capacity complete including base frame with two coats of synthetic enameled paint of existing / approved colour all as specified and directed

M& L for painting to exposed CI/GI/MS pipr lines with two coats of synthetic enameled paint including sluice valves, fittings and NRVs at STP/ Water STP installations as per existing/ approved coulour after cleaning and scrapping out old paint all as required at site and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
