A) The Railway reserves the right to order entire or bulk quantity from proven source having satisfactory past supply performance of same or similar item as per para 16.4 of General Tender Conditions of Eastern Railway stores department . Firm will have to submit documents of past performance along with the offer such as copies of PO, receipt note, etc. failing which their offer will be rejected without making any back reference. B) In case of authorized dealers, firm has to upload tender specific authorization or valid dealership certificate along with their offer,otherwise their offer will be rejected without any back reference.

The bidder agrees to supply the tendered stores at the rates quoted by him in accordance with the IRS Conditions of Contract and [or] special Conditions and [or] other Conditions specified/attached with the tender

Have you attached any performance statements with your offer?

Have you quoted submitted/uploaded the Performance Statement supported by copies by Purchase Orders, Receipt Notes, and Inspection Certificates as the case may be.

Have you kept your offer valid for 90 days.

In case of Authorized Dealer, have you uploaded Authorization Certificate

Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.
