Construction of H. L. Bridge over river Hati at 3.200km on Khanidangriguda to Bankapala road in the District of Kalahandi under CRIF for the year 2025-26

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material upto 1000m lead including cost of all labour, machinery etc complete as per Technical Specifications and Clause - 201 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision).

Excavation for road work in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in trippers, trimming bottom & side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections and transporting to the embankment locations with all lifts & leads upto 1000m as per approved Drawing & Technical Specifications and as per Clause - 301 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (Latest Revision).

Earth work in excavation in foundation in all kinds of soil etc as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, dressing of section to correct line, level, grade & utilising the surplus earth locally for road work wherever required, backfilling the excavation earth to the extent required complete in all respect as per Clause 301 & 304 of Specification for road & bridge work of MORT&H (5th Revision) & Direction of Engineer in charge.

Loosening to a depth of 150mm, leveling and compacting original ground supporting embankment /sub-grade as per approved drawing and technical specifications complete in all respect as per Section 900 and Clause 305, 305.3.4 of MoRT&H Specification for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) & including cost of all labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from road-way cutting and excavation from Drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of table 300-2 of MoRT&H Specification for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) & including cost of all labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing compacted shoulder with granular materials by using moorum of approved quality, watering and compacting with PRR to achieve the required density in OMC complete in all respect as per approved drawing and technical specifications as per Section 900 and Clause 408 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) & including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of embankment with approved materials obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting tomeet requirement oftable 300-2 as per approved drawing and technical specifications and as per Clause 305 of MoRT&H Specification for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision)

Providing, filling sand of approved quality in road work and foundation trenches of structures in uniform layers, watered and rammed/ compacted as per approved drawing and technical specifications complete in all respect as per Section 900, 2100 and Clause 401 & 304 of MoRT&H specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) & including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

PCC M-15 Grade in foundation bed using 40 to 10mm size crushed stone aggregates mixed by Batching plant, laying in layers and compacting by vibrator &all leadsand lifts as per approved Drawing & Technical Specifications and Section 1700 & 2100 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (Latest Revision).

Supplying, Fitting, Fixing, Placing and Driving in position Steel Liner of 6mm to 10mm thick for Pile shaft including cost, conveyance all materials & cost of all labour etc complete as per approved Drawing & Technical Specifications and Section 1100 & 1900 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision).

Supplying ,Cutting, Bending, Binding, Straightening, Placing HYSD bars confirming to grade I.S.1786-1985 (Fe-500) for steel reinforcement works for finished item of works as per drawing and technical specification and as per Section.900, 1000, 1600,2100, 2200 & 2300 of specifications for Road and Bridge works of Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (5th Revision) & including cost of all materials, labour, T&P, royalty etc complete in all respect and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & erecting a "W" metal beam crash barrier comprising of 3mm thick corrugated steel metal beam rail, 70cm above road/ ground level fixed ISMC series channel vertical post 150 x 75 x 5 mm spaced 2m centre to centre, 1.8m high, 1.1m below ground / road level, all steel part & filments to be galvanised by hot dip process, all fittings to conform to IS:1367 and IS:1364, metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with a spacer of channel section 150mm x 75mm x 5mm, 330mm long complete as per clause-811 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision).

Providing and laying 25 mm thick mastic asphalt wearing course with paving grade bitumen meeting the requirements given in Table 500-29, prepared by using mastic cooker and laid to required level and slope after cooking the surface,including providing anti-skid surface with bitumen precoated fine grained hard stone chipping of 13.2 mm nominal size at the rate of 0.005 cum per 10 sqm and an approximate spacing of 10 cm center to center in both directio, pressed into surface when the temperature of surfaces is not less than 100° C, protruding 1 mm to 4 mm over mastic surface including cost, conveyance, royality of all materials & cost of all labour, machinery etc complete as per Clause 515 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision).

Construction of Granular Sub-base by Providing Close graded Grading - VI materials as per table 400-2, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, Carriage of mixed Material to work site, Spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power rollar to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause No. 401 of MoRT&H specifications for Road and Bridge works (Latest Revision).

Providing, laying, spreading & compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material to site, laying in uniform layers on well prepared surface & compacting with vibratory rollar to achieve the desired density complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying Primer Coat with Slow setting bitumen emulsion on prepared granular surface, spreading @ 0.60kg / sqm using mechanical means as per approved drawing and technical Specifications complete in all respect as per section 900, clause 501.5.2 & 502 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) & including cost, conveyance of all materials, labour, T&P, Royality etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & laying 25mm thick Semi Dence grade Bituminous Concrete with hot mix plant using crushed Agregate of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a Hydrostatic Paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tendem rollars to achieve the desired compaction as per clause 508 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision).

Rough stone dry packing on Aprons and Revetments with hard granite stone of above 30cm and above size including cost, conveyance, royality of all materials & labour Charges etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & fixing typical information sign board as per specification and drawing. Three MS plates of 1.6mm thick, top and middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mm x 5mm size on back edges. The lower Plate will be welded with Iron frame of 25mm x 25mm x 5mm. The angle Iron frame of lower most plate and flat Iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2 Nos. 75mm x 75mm x 12mm of SWG sheet tubes posts duly embeded in cement concrete M-15 grade blocks of 450 mm 450mm x 600mm, 600mm below ground level. The top most diamond plate will be weldedto middle plate by 47mm x 47mm x 12 mm of SWG steel plate tube. rAll M.S will be stove enamelled on both sides.
