Repair to LT ACB of capacity 800/1000 amps by disconnecting from the busbar and replacing all unserviceable parts of finger contact with male female set and wiring with new copper conductor cable of 2.5 sq mm . Replacing the U/S mechanical spring system , fixed and moving contacts, replacement of bearing of spring charge motor and rewinding of control transformer with super enameled copper wire of gauge and replacement of FRCD (free return charge device) all connected work including require at site for proper and smooth functioning of air circuit breaker complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MCCB, 4 pole, 630 Amps, 415 Volts , 36 KA adjustable thermal and magnetic setting complete all as specified and directed. including taking down old and unserviceable one.

Supply and fixing Amp meter Digital type 0-500 Amp complete all as specified and directed including taking down old and unserviceable one.

Supply only LED phase indicaton lamp (RYB) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Current transformer of Ratio 100/5 to 250/5 Amps complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Current transformer of Ratio 400/5 to 800/5 Amps complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil n.exc 1.5m wide and n. exc 1.5m depth for laying of cable, errection of poles, stay and pipe line,and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning & filling including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25 cm thick in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance n. exc 50 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for laying of bricks locally available sub class 'B' bricks (old size) for cable protection cover laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable prependicular to the direction of cable complete all as specified and directed

M&L for local sand coushioning with dry and clean over and under the cable for protection of cable , 80 mm sand laid before laying the cable 150 mm sand after laying the cable and filling the sand in cable duct of inside the sub station building complete all as specified and directed

Taking out old unserviceable LT UG cables of size 10 to 70 Sq mm 3.5/4 Core from trenches, poles/walls/culverts and floor including taking out old unserviceable/serviceable bricks covers /GI pipe of any size from trenches for removing including re-laying cable (after necessary repair/jointing with new cable) the cable all as directed (New bricks/sand use for laying shall be paid separtly as per ground measurement)

Supply, laying and testing of LT UG cable, XLPE Insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of 185 sqmm 3.5 core sizes complete all as specified and directed. Note: Earth work (Excavation, Returning & refilling and removal), sand cushining, cable protection cover, GI protection pipe shall be measured and paid for seperately under respective items

Supply, errect, testing and commissioning Bus bar feeder pillar box of suitable size, CPRI approved factory fabricated , dust & vermin proof including removable cable entry gland plate, powder coated Incoming MCCB 250A, 4 pole, 36k 415 volts, 3 phase, , 50 cycles outdoor type weather proof made out of 3mm thick CRCA sheet, with incommer and outgoing through Bus bar, with angle iron legs of size as required, hinged door, locking arrangement with aluminium bus bar 400 Amps capacity, LED indicating lamp for RYB grouted, PCC 1:3:6 type C1 for foundation and duly powder coated painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer. (Note:- Drg / design of Panel shall to be approved by GE before given order to concern factory )

M&L for detection and locating of cable fault in underground damaged LT cables , 1100 Volts size of any length and any type using cable fault detector/Locator machine of accuracy to 2 mtrs, vehicle mounted for various locations under GE(I) R&D Chandipur including necessary excavation & earth work in any type of strata size required for visually inspect/repair the damaged cable when and where directed by Engr-in-charged.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning Outdoor type LT feeder piller box of suitable size, cubical padestal mounted, CPRI approved factory made totally enclosed, dust and vermin proof, Front and rear openable type made of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet of suitable size and framing with 50 x 50 x 6 mm thick MS angle iron and leg of same size angle inron grouted 45 cm depth in PCC 1:3:6, height of leg from PCC plateform 60cm and PCC plateform 0.5 Mtr all round the panel board duly fabricated and having proper locking arrangement in both front and rear door with duly painted to both internal and External surfaces with powder coating paint in heat process of sheet including internal wiring with copper strip & wire, suitable for 440 volts, 50 Hz, 3 phase 4 wire system and comprising with and including following accessories BUSBAR :- 400 Amps rated copper bus bar TPN duly insulated with coloured PVC sleeve as per standard colour code and rigidly mounted on bakelite/DMC insulator bus bar support (Square/round ) insulators of suitable size and good insulation resistance.
