Supply and Delivery of MS pipes of preferred dimensions ranging from 168.30mm OD to 2540mmOD having 2.6mm to 25mm thickness as per Table- 5 of IS 3589/2001 fabricated with Fe410 grade steel conforming to IS 3589:2001 and other allied codes. Pipes shall be internally lined with plant applied cement mortar lining 1:2, The Lining thickness range from 6 mm to 12 mm for 168.3 mm OD to 2540 mm OD as per Table -8 of IS 3589:2001Pipes shall be externally coated with plant applied CM 1:3, 20mm thick minimum including reinforcement as per clause A-9 of Annex-A of IS 3589:2001 Pipes shall be internally lined with plant applied Food Grade Liquid epoxy coating of minimum dry film thickness (DFT)of 406 microns as per Annex -B ,Clause- 1.2 of IS 3589:2001Pipes shall be externally coated with plant applied Food grade liquid Epoxy coating of 406 microns dry film minimum thickness (DFT)as per Annex - B of IS 3589:2001Pipes shall be externally coated double coating & double wrapping minimum 4mm thick per metre with plant applied coal Tar as per clause 6.1 of IS 10221:2008 recommendations External polyethylene sheathing as per IS recommendations
