Repairs to unserviceable PS plates from existing 9600 Gallons PS water overhead tank installed at 40/50 feet height staging by dismantling and taking down in repairs to unserviceable PS plates, disconnecting pipeline connection carefully by cutting , unscrewing nuts & bolts etc and refixing the same with existing serviceable plate/new plate of size 1.25 m x 1.25 m x 6 mm, painting the tank after repair work with 2 coats of aluminium paint outside the tank incl staging (staging painted by black synthetic enamel paint both side) top to bottom and two coats of lead free black bituminous paint inside the tank (suitable for storage of drinking water) and scraping smoothly by scraper & sand paper to remove all loose paints, scales, rust and restoration of pipe lines, lettering with white synthetic enamel paint over the black painted surfaces of indicated plates (i.e. capacity of tank, date of cleaning etc) complete all as directed. Note:- (a) The cost for the refixing of old serviceable PS plate & pipeline connections in new or old positions with necessary GI fittings, flanges and jointing materials to make the joint leak proof. etc includes in the unit rate quoted by the firm. (b) New Plates shall be measured and paid separately. (c) The PS tank shall be painted with two coats of aluminum paint out side incl staging and two coats of black bituminous (lead free) paint inside complete, Cost of staging/working platform & painting (inside / outside) involved shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted.

Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning pressed steel plates in repairs of size 1.25mx1.25mx6 mm thick on existing PS OH Tank installed on 40' to 50' height staging with required number of holes on the plates according to existing plate of PS tank including all necessary joining materials i.e. lead wire, tape, lead wool, gasket, putty/jointing compound, new machine made bolts, nuts, washers, MS cleat etc of required size to make the joining portion absolutely leak proof complete including painting of two coats of lead free black bituminous paint suitable for storage of drinking water internally and two coats of Aluminum paint over one coat of red oxide zink chrome primer externally including preparation of surface and refixing/reconnecting of existing pipe line connection, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- cost of staging/working platform involved shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted.

Repairing and making leak proof joints of plates in position by loosing the jointing bolts, unscrewing jointing materials such as lead wire/tapes, lead wool gasket, bituminous compound and replacing with new matching machine made bolts, nuts, washers bituminous compound suitable for potable water and MS cleats wherever required complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs of 3 mm thick MS sheet cover plate with locking arrangement fixed at any position of PS overhead tank installed on 40' to 50' height staging including necessary welding, jointing materials to make the jointing portion absolutely leak proof complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of Framed brackets of angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, Nut bolt and washer including bending and welding angles, as necessary, gusset plates, riveting, etc.. n exc 10 kg each brackets, conforming to Fe.290 Gde-E-165 (Brackets over 10 kg each to be measured under 'Structural Steel" complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and shifting of Serviceable condition centrifugal pump 30 HP alongwith electric motor and connected items from filtration plant No. (1 & 3) and refixing with Required PCC foundation and MS fabrication work at Pump house No 1 & 3 (Underground Sump Feeder Pump) complete all as specified and directed. Note:- MS steel work will be measured and paid separately.

Taking up old unserviceable 150 mm bore GI/MS Pipe from trenches/floors with necessary fittings and valves etc complete all as specified and all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking up old unserviceable 100 mm bore GI/MS Pipe from trenches/floors with necessary fittings and valves etc complete all as specified and all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking up old unserviceable 80 mm bore GI/MS Pipe from trenches/floors with necessary fittings and valves etc complete all as specified and all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and lay Pipes GI ERW Steel including specials, nominal dia 150 mm, as per IS 3589 (1981) thickness 5.4 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay Pipes GI ERW Steel including specials, nominal dia 100 mm, as per IS 3589 (1981) thickness 5.4 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay Pipes GI ERW Steel including specials, nominal dia 80 mm, as per IS 3589 (1981) thickness 5.4 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out unsv mild steel covers of valve chambers and Supply and Fixing new covers of valve chambers duly hinged fabricating the frame by using 3.15mm thick mild steel sheet and angle iron of size 40mm X 40mm X 6mm thick including making locking arrangement and fixing the above cover in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate and providing hold fast of appropriate size made to shape of 50mm x 6mm mild steel flat including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and jointing cast iron sluice valve of class PN-1.6 IS-14846 marked 150 mm bore with steel spindle, & cast iron wheel having both flanged and drilled ends including rubber gasket, nut bolt and washer heavy duty 16mm dia etc and including taking down old unsv complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing in replacement of feeder pillar box kiosk type, factory made, CPRI approved, LT (415 Volts, 50 Hz, 3-phase, 4 wire supply) duly mounted on iron leg of size50x50x6mm, Indoor type, double door, weather and vermin proof (Protection Class IP-54), with ventilation louvers and 3.15 mm thick MS CRCA sheet and angle iron frame work with both side hinged opening for external, rubber lining, locking arrangement, Powder Coated externally and internally over a coat of red oxide primer complete including grouting of frame with PCC mortar for installation of panel with following arrangements:- (a) Bus Bar chamber comprising 4 Nos aluminium strip bus bars air insulated and PVC sheathed, capacity not less than 450 Amp with colour coding in separate sheet steel enclosure. Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 70 sq mm 3.5 core including taking down old unsv cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanized mild steel earth plate electrode 600X600X6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level) with the top edge of the earth plate electrode at a depth not less than 1.5m below normal ground level and including GI earth strip 32 x 6 mm bolted (with GI nuts, bolts & check nuts) and riveted to earth plate electrode at one end and enacted to metallic bodies of HT/LT equipments etc at the other end, earth strip encased in and including 50 mm bore GI medium grade pipe with all fittings from top of earth plate electrode to body of equipment fixed with and including 25x 6mm flat iron clamps, bolts, nuts and washers and including providing watering pipe 20mm bore GI pipe medium grade from Bottom of concrete pit to top of earth plate electrode complete all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I. The scope of work includes necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, removal of soil upto 50 metre, PCC pit with precast RCC cover, charcoal/salt, funnel, CI frame etc including taking down old unsv one complete all as specified and as directed. Notes:- (a) The concrete pit shall be made in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1, using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm thick precast cover slab of RCC (1:2:4), type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate with suitable MS handle in lieu of CI cover shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I shall be provided. Reinforcement in RCC cover shall be of 8mm dia TMT bars laid @150mm c/c both ways (b) Item includes the cost of 7.5 metre GI pipe for protection of earth strip. Any variation in length shall be measured and paid through deviation order. (c) Item includes cost of 7.5 metre earth strips. Any variation in length shall be adjusted through deviation order. (d) Earth plate electrode shall be surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to a packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr depth and not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and getting out soft/loose soil for foundation and getting out for laying of pipes/cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick each layer, after laying of pipe / cable in complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing excavated materials not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for sand cushioning to under ground Cable (15 cm thick before laying and 8 cm thick after laying the cable) complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Punned down thickness shall be considered for measurement 18 cm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- charge.

S&F Sub-Class B Brick, well burnt, laid breadth-wise along the length of Cable laid in Trenches over Sand Cushion laid for UG Cable Protection, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for GI Pipe, light grade, 40 mm bore, ISI marked confirming to IS1239, with fittings laid in floor / fixed along with poles/walls/Road crossing/floor crossing for cable protection, all as ordered complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for construction of brick masonry valve pit of size 1500mm x 1500mm x 1250mm (internal dimensions of chamber) depth to be reckoned from the top of PCC in foundation to top of MS cover with MS sheet cover 3mm thick including frame of angle iron 40 X 40 X 6 mm with locking arrangement and lifting handle including painting two coats of black synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer etc including brick work in one brick thick wall in cement mortar 1:4, 15mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:4 (internally on all brick wall and external upto 15cm below ground level) and necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning, filling in, disposal of surplus spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr 15 cm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 in PCC foundation projected by 15cm all round from the outer face of brick wall PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 in coping complete all as specified and as directed.
