Water proof German Pandal for public with height of 18'-30' with structural frame clamping with nut bolt including clamp and binding wire complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge with decoration by cloths

Providing & Laying of Front Side & back of German Hanger pandal structured by additional alloy section(s) 80mmX 120mm heavy alloy, joint together to from a structure where heat absorbing PVC fabric is inserted into the structure tightened by industrial ratchets to provide wind shield for the area within it and retain the temperature inside pandal on Rental/Hire Basis.

Rostrum Stage of 80'X40' size of 8' height for Honble' Prime Minister/Chief Minister with structural frame clamping with nutbolt, clamp and binding wire complete as per dircetion of E/C.

Supply and Fixing of SS handrail on 3 sides of rostrum Stage.

Supply and Fixing of L-Shape stair height 8' along with SS handrail along side of stair for main rostrum stage.

Matting for pandal fresh and around German hanger.

Providing and fixing of Security wire mesh mozo barricading with design in such a way that they can be joined together to provide security for the VVIP area on hire basis.

Providing & Fixing of Security View Cutter Wall Mounted on MS Pipe Structure for restricting direct view of VVIP to the audience on Rental/Hire Basis.

Providing and laying of wooden platform on 20mm thick waterproof high quality plywood fastened on metal frame to raise a height of 9" from the ground to protect the VIPS and delegates from muddy terrain and water logging due to rainfall or runaway water at the site and to ensure security from moist soil in various areas.

Providing and fixing of riser for Door Dharshan and telecommunication i/c all complete on rental/ hire basis

Suplly and installation of AC plant for rostrum,VIP area, back of stage etc.

Supply and installation of Pedestal/ceiling fans for Hangers & pandals.

Providing and fixing of High flow large honey pad coolers on rental/hire basis.

Sound less Canopy Generator set 125 KVA with fuel & operator.

Providing & Fixing of Armoured Cable Connecting the Genset to the Main Board and the Air-Condition(s) to the Main board for leak proof transmission of power on Rental/Hire Basis.

Light arrangement for whole programme for 1 days in the pandal, tubelights in swiss cottage & on stage for VVIPs.

Providing electronic media stage in front of rostrum stage in pandal area.

Supply and installation of LED of (50' X 12')-1 no. for back drop at rostrum stage and LED 52"-4 no. for rostrum stage with all system arrangements complete in all repect.

Installation of Tower AC (4 Ton each) at various location.

Installation of chemical earthing at various location in venue area.

False ceiling for stage hanger and VVIP area.

Barricading of three rows of horizontal ballis of wood with height of 5 to 6 feets above the ground level & diameter to 10 to 15 cm tied with narial rope with vertical post at 1.8 meter centre to centre erected in 0.60 meter which is embedded below the ground level and ramming the same for the proper fixing including the dismantling after the visit of Honorable PRIME Minister . The rates are including supply of all materials and its cartage loading, unloading, fixing, hire charges after dismantling again loading, unloading and its cartage from the visit site complete.
