Supplying & Fixing of Vertified tiles in floor of size 600x600 on 20mm thick bed (1:3) jointed with net cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of of the tile including rubbing and polishing complete including cost of tiles.

Providing and fixing vetrified tiles in dados skirting and risers of steps on 12mm thick (20cm x 30cm) Cement plaster (1:3) jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete with cost of all materials, labour T & P etc. completed as per dircetion by the Engineer-in-charge.

Fixing Industrial Floor Tile (Antiskid ceramic Tiles ) (30cm x30cm ) in Floor with Cement mortar (1:1) cm jointed with cement slusy mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles including rubbing & polishing complete including cost of tile.

Supplying, fitting and fixing granite tile in step of approved make confirming to IS 13755 laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar (1:4) (1 cement : 4 course sand) and filling joints with white cement of approved quality including cost of all materials. Labour T & P etc required for the work all complete as per direction by the Engineer-in-charge.

2.5 Cm graading plaster in cm (1:2:2) for bricks work including out of joints with watering and curing with cost, conveyance of materials labour, T & P required for the work including royalty etc complete as per direction by the Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in excavation in all kinds of hard soil in foundation within initial lead and lift including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5cm. To 7cm. and layng in layers not exceeding 0.3m in depth with ordinary compaction by PRR including hire & running charges of PRR and royalty etc. complete asper specification & direction of the Engineer in charge.

Filling in foundation and plinth including quarring ,collecting, conveying, supplying sand and watering incuding cost conveyance roylaties taxes of all materials and labour etc complete as per direcation by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cement concrete 1:3:6 using 40mm size BHG C.B. metal including cost conveyance royalaties Taxces of all materials etc complete as per irection by the Engineer-in-charge.

Fly ash brick masonry in C.M. (1:6) using Fly ash brick of size 25cmx12cmx 8cm of crushing strength not less than 35kg/cm2 in Foundation& plinth etc complete as per direction by the Engineer-in-charge.

Fly ash brick masonry in C.M. (1:6) using Fly ash brick of size (23cmx11cmx8cm)of crushing strength not less than 35kg/cm2 in Superstructure etc complete as per direction by the Engineer-in-charge.

Rrinforced Cement Concrete M25 using 20mm and down graded black hard granite crusher broken stone chips including cost, conveyance, royalities taxes of all materials etc complete. Column base & Footing

12mm thick cement plaster (1:6) in finished smooth to surface of brick walls after raking out joints including watering and curing with cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labour, T&P required for the work etc complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fitting, fixing up window (sliding type) made up aluminum Section 9778, as windows frame section No. 4095, 4096 and 9777, 3994 as shutter frame with 5mm thick black glass as panel fitted with rubber beading including locking arrangement including all fitting including cost of materials all taxes labour, T&P etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-incharge.

Painting Two coat over a coat with approved paint on new work with any approved paint on iron work including cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials and T&P required for the work etc. complete including cost of paint ( paint of approved quality will be supplied by the contractor at his own cost.) etc. complete as per direction by the Engineer-in-charge.

Wall painting 2 coats with plastic emulsion paint of approved shade on new work to give an even shade including cost of paint etc complete as per direction by the Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing wall surface of wall with Acrylic wall putty (Water bsed) of approved maake and finished smooth and even surface to receive painting including cost of scaffolding staging charges with of all maaterials taxes, labour T & P etc complete as per direction by the Engineer-in-chaarge.

Distempering two coats to walls with distemper of approved shade on old work to give an even shade exculding cost of distemper etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer -in Charge.

Prociding and fixing Iron Door Shutters with Angle Iron Frames icluding fixing of Hold Fasts, Aidrops Hinges etc all complete including fixing with CC (1:2:4) completed as per direction by the Engineer-in-charge.

Labour charges for fitting and fixing of MS doors & windows as per approved design including cost of screw etc complete but excluding cost of MS window grills as per dircetion by the Engineer-in-Chreg
