Up-keeping of Stores including Sweeping/ cleaning, dusting of material stored therein, facilitating in handling of material, opening/closing of cases, counting/checking of material. All work as per Scope of work, at store shed No. 7,12,29 & 30(Approximated area = 580 m² + 795 m² + 1555 m² + 1555 m² = 4485 m² )

Up-keeping of Store Shed No. 8,10,27&31(Approximated area = 913 m² + 1251 m² + 1555 m² + 1555m² =5274m²) (Details as per item No.1)

Up-keeping of SPMS Store and its both the Yards (Tin yard area & Open area) (Approximated area= 1659 m² + 552 m² + 3096 m² = 5307 m²) (Detail as per item No.1 including operating of O/H Crane).

Maintaining Store Shed No. 29/SPMS Stores:- Appropriate person should be deputed with section holder, who should be well versed in reading, writing, labeling and putting Bin cards etc. The person deputed must be able to read & write English/Hindi, read/write details of GR/RR, details on packages, bin cards, challans etc. and handling of the same.

Scrap removal and leveling of open yard inside the O&M Store, DTPS in front of main building along with stacking of Lubricants/Greases/Chemicals and other heavy machineries on that leveled place.

Unloading, shifting and stacking of lubricants/ chemicals from carriers of suppliers/ departmental at proper place so as to identify / to count / to mark the cases.

Clearing of bushes/grass and disposing of same at place specified beyond plant boundry and maintaining open area inside the fencing at O&M Store premises (Approx. area 9000 sqr. Meter)

Hiring a computer system with operator for maintaing the material record, preparing the monthly reports for various activities in O&M Store of DTPS, Anpara

Weighing of different type chemical vehicles (loading and unloading) at weigh bridge and its upkeeping, issuing etc. at O&M Store, DTPS, Anpara

Cleaning of O & M Store offices & Toilets at DTPS, Anpara.

Unloading / Stacking of material supplied by suppliers against various purchase order and shifting / Re-Stacking of material by own lying in store area of SD, DTPS, Anpara arrangement such as hydra etc.
