REPAIR TO CHARPOY GI PIPE WITH PLY TOP (FD-220)

S&F 12mm thick plywood commercial type BWR grade size 1950mm x 900mm x 12mm thick (in one piece only) as top of the charpoy GI Pipe with mild steel Screw bolt (Machine made) of size 75mm long, 6mm thick with hexagonal or square head at one end and screw the other with washer, including removal of old unserviceable ply top complete all as per specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Make : Kit ply/Green Ply/Century/Green Panel.

M&L dismantling of existing unserviceable/broken long rail and S&F new long rail of GI pipe medium grade 32mm size bore duly ISI marked including threading at both ends complete all as specified and directed . Make Jindal/TATA/PRAKASH.

M&L dismantling of existing unserviceable/broken short rail and cutting of old long rail obtained from Srl No 1.02 to the required size for short rail including threading at both ends complete all as specified and directed .

Removing of Old unserviceable legs of Charpoy and S&F of new legs made out of old broken short rails retrieved from item Sr No 1.03 above by cutting and threading at one end and fixing 3mm thick base MS circular plates of 55mm dia duly painted at other end as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing MS iron Strips 08 Nos of size 50mm x 6mm, 75mm long duly holed/drilled for tightening plywood and strip with countersunk screws/suitable nuts, bolts and washers and welded to rails of charpoys each side 02 Nos strips including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide/primer, Complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note : One Number of MS flat iron strip 50mm x 6mm x 75mm long is measured as one unit.

Supply and fixing flat MS iron 02 Nos of size 50mm x 6mm thick, 900mm long providing 02 Nos of holes /drilled in each flat iron for tightening plywood on flat iron along with longrail with countersunk screws/suitable nuts & bolts with washers on both sides of flat MS iron and including preparation of surface and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide/primer, Complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note : One Number of MS flat iron strip 50mm x 6mm x 900mm long is measured as one unit.

M&L dismentling of existing unserviceable elbow GI three way and S&F new elbow GI three way suitable for GI Pipe med grade 32mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed .

S&F in replacement of unserviceable check nut 6mm thick suitable for 32mm bore GI pipe charpoy of approved make complete all as specified and directed .

REPAIR TO TABLE COMPUTER WITH DRAWER 1346mm x 914mm x 504mm WISDOM STEEL (TP) :

Removing of unserviceable top of Table computer in any positon, S&F new top made out of 18/19mm thick Ext grade MDF board of approved shade Make : Action Tesa/Novapan/Green panel Max (ISI Marked) 4mm teak wood alround the edges with suitable screws.

Removing of unserviceable Bottom shelf of Table computer in any positon, S&F new bottom shelf made out of 18/19mm thick Ext grade prelaminated MDF board of existing shade Make : Action Tesa/Novapan/Green panel Max (ISI Marked) to be fixed with suitable screws.

Removing of unserviceable telescopic channels in any position, S&F new steel telescopic channels with screws (ISI Marked).

All as per Srl No 2.01 here in before but key board tray of table computer

Repairs of damaged parts, scraping of existing coat of paints filing, finishing and painting of table computer with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade (make Berger/AsianPaint) after giving a primer coat with red oxide with spray gun and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

REPAIR TO CHAIR REVOLVING MED BACK WITH ARMS CUSHIONED SEAT AND NET BACK WITH TILT MECHANISM (TP) ;

Dismentling of unserviceable Jali (Net) of back and S&F new Jali (Net) of approved quality & shade with fine finishing as per existing pattern and as directed by Engr -in-Charge.

Labour for removing the existing worn out/ unserviceable seat of chair and S & F new seat upholstred with net duly finished, seat cushion made from moulded PU foam of 80mm thick 32 density as per existing shape and size and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Labour for removing the existing worn out/ unserviceable Net of seat of chair and S&F new net fabric of seat upholstred with net duly finished, as per existing shape and size and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of unserviceable Arm Rest of chair as per existing and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of unserviceable hydraulic system of chair as per existing and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of unserviceable pedestral assy complete with injection system in black as per existing shape and size to make the whole system serviceable and directed by Engr-in Charge.

Dismentling of unserviceable rollers (wheel) of padestral system S&F new rollers of twin as per existing shape and size and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismentling of unserviceable Jali (Net) of back and S&F new Jali (Net) of back of chair of approved quality & shade with fine finishing as per existing shape and size/pattern and as directed by Engr -in-Charge.

Dismentling of unserviceable Jali (Net) of seat and S&F new Jali (Net) of seat of chair of approved quality & shade with fine finishing as per existing shape and size/pattern and as directed by Engr -in-Charge.

REPAIR TO CHAIR VISITOR REVOLVING GODREJ PC # H5002T (TP) ;

Dismentling of unserviceable seat and S&F new 12mm thick hot pressed ply wood fully upholstred with rexine of approved shade and moulded Polyurethane foam with PVC liping all around as per existing shape and size and as directed by Engr -in-Charge.

Dismentling of unserviceable back and S&F new 12mm thick hot pressed ply wood fully upholstred with rexine of approved shade and moulded Polyurethane foam with PVC liping all around as per existing shape and size and as directed by Engr -in-Charge.

REPAIR TO CHAIR PVC WITH ARMS SUPREME (TP) :

Dismentling of unserviceable seat cushion & tapestry cloth, S&F new seat cushion of size 20"x16"x2" thickness 32 density fully upholstred with tapestry cloth of approved shade and moulded Polyurethane foam as per existing shape and size and as directed by Engr -in-Charge.

Dismentling of unserviceable back cushion & tapestry cloth, S&F new seat cushion of size 15"x9"x1" thickness fully upholstred with tapestry cloth of approved shade and moulded Polyurethane foam as per existing shape and size and as directed by Engr -in-Charge.

REPAIR TO CHAIR VARANDAH JCOs/ORs (FD/MAP-II/05) :

S&F PVC seat & back 4mm thick wt not less than 1.85kg of seat & back and grooves 10Nos on seat & back of size 90x10mm shall be used. Make AMKO/ SUPREME/CELLO.

M&L with gas welding to broken components of steel frame so as to bring the whole item in serviceable condition, welding portion should be smoothed by grinder as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L painting of chair steel frame with two coats of synthethic enamel paint of white shade Make : Berger/Asian paints after removing the rubber shoes and complete removal of existing coat of paint, including preparation of old surface by mild grinding, applying a primer coat of red oxide all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F new PVC hard Rubber Shoes as per drg or as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

REPAIR TO TABLE DINING ORs OF ALLUMINIUM TOP (FD-165(M):

Dismentling of unserviceable top of Table S&F new top of table made up of 18/19mm block board of size 1900mm x 685mm best quality fixed with 22 guage of aluminium sheet with suitable screws on the top as per drg and as directed by the Engr-in-charge.

M&L with gas welding to broken components of steel frame so as to bring the whole item in serviceable condition, welding portion should be smoothed by grinder as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L painting of steel frame with two coats of synthethic enamel paint of approved shade Make : Berger/Asian paints after removing the rubber shoes and complete removal of existing coat of paint, including preparation of old surface by mild grinding, applying a primer coat of red oxide all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F new PVC hard Rubber Shoes as per drg or as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

REPAIR TO CHAIR CBA STEEL WITH ARMS (FD-75)

Labour for removing the existing worn out/ unserviceable seat of chair CBA steel and S&F new seat frame of size 460mm x 420mm made from commercial plywood 12mm thick and 50mm thick 32 D foam cushion, duly covered with cloth /rexine of approved quality and shade, duly stitched all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Sl. No. 9.01 but for Back of Chair CBA Steel of size 460mm x 380mm

M&L for welding with 25mm x 3.0mm MS flat iron 510mm long with holes to fix Nuts and bolts to seat/back frame for fixing seatt/back frame including nuts complete all as specified and as directed for by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F new PVC Caps.

S&F new PVC arms as per sample.

Labour for scrapping down the old painted steel surface for carrying out repairs and filling with putty to obtain even surfaces applying primer to surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade by Engr-in-Charge over one coat of red oxide primer by spraying machine all as specified and directed for the Engr-in-Charge.
