Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation , laying of pipe line etc and getting out in Soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft rock complete all as specified and directed

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mts and depositing where directed .at a level not exceeding 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as directed.

Supply, laying, joint, testing and commissioning of DI pipes 100 mm bore Centrifugally cast, laid in excavated trenches with internal cement mortar lining, external metalic zinc coating with finishing layer of black bitumen, pressure pipe flanged both ends with bolts & nuts & gaskets of suitable size , confirming to IS 8329-2000 with ISI marked K-9 in standard length including any type of specials as required / ordered such as bends, Tapers, Tee pieces (single & double branch) any type and angle / radius and straight connecting pieces etc & necessary ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) rubber gasket, tyton jointings, jointing materials complete all as specified.l (Note : (i) Excavation & earth work measured & paid seperately . (ii) Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of site cleareance before excavation for laying of pipe in case of any shurbs / herbs / plants etc found in the alingment for laying pipe line . (iii) Quoted rate is deemend to be inclusive of any types of DI specials as required / ordered & Gaskets).

Boring of holes under any type of road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology method i.e using ultra sound technique and necessay machine with depth of boring not less than 1 to 1.5 Mts from top surface of any description including entire length of boring with new HDPE pipe of 200 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure including making good of the disturbed surface of roads , pavements etc as per its original specifications to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge without any extra cost to Govt. complete all as specified and directed (Note : Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of transportation of drilling mahine , HDPE pipe etc ).

M & L for 50 mm bore GI water tubing medium grade (ISI marked) with fittings such as bends, tees, elbows, nipples, unions, short pieces etc laid in trenches making necessary connection and testing on completion all as specified and directed..

S&F Gun metal globe or gate valves with iron wheel head screwed box and both ends for iron pipe for 50 mm bore of pipe or union complete all as directed

S & F for cast iron heavy duty sluice valve 100 mm szie (class PN - 1. conforming to IS-780 (ISI Marked) with both ends flanged any pattern with spindle, GI cap, CI wheel , rubber gasket of suitable size as ordred fixed with suitable size nuts & bolts , washers etc including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed .

S&F for Non return / Reflex valve with by-pass arrangement, valve cast iron body, as per IS-5312, class PN-1.6, double flanged with nitrile reinforced ball fittings suitable for 100 mm bore ISI mark and fixed in position with rubber gasket joints, bolts nuts and washers etc all as specified and as directed.

S&F for Air release valve double headed including all fittings suitable for 100 mm bore ISI mark and fixed in position with rubber gasket joints, bolts nuts and washers etc all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, lowering into open well testing, commissioning into service horizontal type open well submersible pumping set electric driven having pumping capacity of 14.5 LPS at 46 Mtr head, directly coupled with 3 phase, 50 Hz, 440 Volts electric motor of 15 HP capacity along with & including star delta starter with enclousures suitable for existing capacity of pumping set of make as ordered , submerissible pump installed as per the manufacturer's instructions. & testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

Construction of valve chamber of size 1200x1200x1200mm internal dimension including necessary earth work excavation with earth work on any type of soil, PCC 1:3:6, type C2 as in foundation, brick work in CM 1:4, 15 mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 internally and externally, flush pointed in same mortar as work proceeds, 75 mm thick PCC coping all round PCC 1:2:4 tyype B1 (using 20 mm aggregate), flooring shall be 40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm aggregate) laid over 75 mm thick hard core. Top cover shall be made out of MS sheet 3.00 mm thick fixed in angle iron frame made out of angle iron size 40x40x6 mm with two number of hinges on one side and locking arrangement at other side complete including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified.

Supply & fix Flat copper cable 3 core 6 Sqmm multistranded conductor for submersible pump including testing complete all as directed..

M & L for Earthing to Main panel complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6. mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanised earth Strip 32x6 mm as earthing lead of bolts,nuts,check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No.3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion including dismantling of old earthing materials.(for existing Main piller box)
