PROVISON OF REMOVAL OF DEBRIS, SOIL INVESTIGATION AND CONTOUR SURVEYING FOR PLOT ALLOTED FOR SAILORS MD ACCN AT MO (MB) GHATKOPAR

Survey: Carrying out topography survey work by using total station machine including collection of all important details on the field. All topographic details like sewage line network, Invert level of each MH, Marking defective line / MH, roads (kachha / pucca), nalla, tanks, wells, houses, drain, railway, hightension line, electric poles, telephone poles, gas/water pipe line poles (Visible on ground), field bunds etc, shall be collected. Spot levels shall be collected in 3x3 m gird interval and submission of topographical survey report and contour plan.

Soil Investigation: M&L for carrying out soil investigation on site and submitting the test reports as directed below:- (a) Bore hole should be 100-150mm dia by rotary drilling for soil investigation in any type of soil/rock/concrete floors and sub bases refusal including boulders, weathered rock upto a depth of 15m as directed by Engr-in-charge along with SPT at every 1.50m and carrying out SPT and other tests required for designing the foundation of ground structure of 55m high. (b) Test report should include all the tests as required for designing the foundation such as SPT values, borelogs, soil classification and also should cover the general recommendations for the proposed type of foundation, safe bearing capacity, likely total settlement etc. The report shall be submitted in quintuplicate duly binded in a presently manner. The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include the cost of submission of such reports and samples of soil. (c) No water will be supplied by the department. (d) The report should contain following tests as applicable to the soil on ground:- (i) Borehole chart. (ii) Profile of all type boreholes. (iii) Bearing capacity calculation indicating SBC of soil with the type of foundation and depth. (iv) Consolidated test on undisturbed samples. (v) Chemical analysis of ground water. (vi) Unconsolidated triaxial shear test (vii) Crushing strength of hard rock samples recovered. (viii) SBC of ground with type of foundation. (ix) Existing water table (if met). (x) Photographic record during the progress of work. (e) The detailed report will be duly vetted by any NABL/any govt institute and the certificate that survey report is correct as regards the interpretation of results of such data collected will be submitted by firm at their own cost vetted by such institute as mentioned.
