Total Lump-sum Price on turnkey basis for Process Condensate Treatment Plant (PCTP) package for treating streams 50 m3/hr process condensate, 10 m3/hr OSBL Effluent Treatment Plant Reject and 5 m3/day Raw Water Treatment Plant Sludge with single point responsibility including but not limited to Design, Engineering, Procurement Manufacturing, Inspection by TPI, Fabrication at shop, Painting at shop, Packing & Forwarding, Loading, Transportation, Unloading at site, Storage, preservation & Security at site, Erection & Installation, Fabrication at site, Painting at site, Insurance, Testing & Trials, mechanical completion, Commissioning, Conducting PGTR and Functional Tests, Supply of commissioning spares and mandatory spares for one year of normal operation, training to the Owner, Conducting HAZOP study, any balance field engineering as per provisions of bidding document. Identification of source and supply of Seed Sludges for commissioning of PCTP. Project Management planning, scheduling for complete PCTP Package. Supply of tools & tackles, arrangement of construction power and water, safety devices for construction, all complete as per bidding document & direction of Engineering-in-Charge.

Bidder shall provide rates for Comprehensive Post Warranty Annual Maintenance Contract (CPWAMC) for five years as per document number S-17047-4-IGS1007 for PLC System (attached with Tender Document under Annexure-15 to Process Condensate Treatment Plant Package on LSTK Basis) for efficient, trouble free ,smooth ,safe operation. Rates shall be provided on annual basis as per payment terms 7.3.2.2 (H) in SCC Part B.
