Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000m

Loosening, Levelling and compacting the original ground supporting to embankment to facilitate placement of 1st layer of embankment scarified to a depth 150mm, mixed with water at OMC and compacted to achive minimum dry density as given in table 300-2 and Clause 305 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge Works (4th Revision).

Providing & laying Granular Sub Base with close Graded Grading-VI materials as per table 400-1,spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC & compacting with VRR to achive desired density as per Clause 401of MoRT&H specifications for Road & Bridge Works (4th Revision).

Providing, Laying, spreading & compacting graded stone aggregate of to W.M.M. specifications including premixing material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant and carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with VRR to achive the desired density as per Clause 406 of MoRT&H specifications for Road & Bridge Work (4th Revision).

Providing and Applying Primer Coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including cleanig the road surface and spreading primer @ 0.60kg per sqm using mechanical means as per Clause 502 of MoRT&H specifications for Road & Bridge Works (4th Revision).

Providing & Applying Tack coat over granular base surface using 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen @ 0.3 kg per sqm including cleaning the surface & cost of bitumen and labour etc.complete.

Providing and Laying Bituminous Macadum with Hot Mix Plant using crushed aggregates of grading-II materials, premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site, laid over previously prepared surfase with paver finiher to the required grade level and allign ment & rolled to achive desired compaction as per clause-504 of MoRT&H specification for Road & Bridge Works (4th Revision).

Providing & Laying Semi Dence Bituminous Concrete with Hot Mix Plant using crushed aggregates of grading-II materials,premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site, laid over previously prepared surfase with paver finiher to required grade level & allignment & rolled to achive desired compaction as per clause-508 of MoRT&H specification for Road & Bridge Works (4th Revision).

Construction of embankment with approved materials obtained from borrow pits with all leads & lifts , transporting to site by mechanical means within a lead of 5 Kms spreading, grading to required slope & compoacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 & Clause 305 of MOSTRH Specification for Roads & Bridge works (4th Revision )
