Chipping of unsound/weak concrete material from slabs, beams, columns etc. up to the height of 15m with manual Chisel and/ or by standard power driven percussion type or of approved make including tapering of all edges, making square shoulders of cavities including cleaning the exposed concrete surface and reinforcement with wire brushes etc. and disposal of debris for all lead and lifts all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. 25 mm average thickness. Dashing Cement concrete with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 10 mm nominal size) in R.C.C. beams, columns, stairs, slabs, chhajja, facias etc. of average thickness 25mm up to 15m height, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement but including the cost of curing of the concrete and scaffolding etc. complete in all respects and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. Removing rust from exposed reinforcement bars up to 15m height in R.C.C. walls, columns, beams, shelves etc. to give it a total rust free steel surface by using alkaline chemical rust remover of approved make with paint brush and removing loose particles after 24 hours of its application with wire brush and thoroughly washing with water and allowing it to dry, all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. (NS)

Providing and Fixing chicken mesh of size ½"x½" and 26 gauge up to 15m height on RCC beams, facias, brick work etc. wherever required with wooden gutties, nails and screws including drilling holes etc complete as per directions of the Engineer-in-charge. (NS)

12 mm cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)(DSR 13.1.1)

Uprooting and removing stumps and roots of peepal plants by cutting and breaking into the masonary walls upto 15 Meter Height to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge (N.S.)

Pointing on tile brick work with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand): Flush/ Ruled/ Struck or weathered pointing (DSR 13.32.1)

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved. (DSR 15.60)

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade Old work (one or more coats applied @ 0.83 ltr/10 sqm). (DSR 13.112.2)

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 0.5 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. (N.S.)

Providing, mixing and applying bonding coat of approved adhesive on chipped portion of RCC as per specifications and direction of Engineer- In-charge complete in all respect SBR Polymer (@10% of cement weight) modified cementitious bond coat @ 2.2 kg cement per sqm of surface area mixed with specified proportion of approved polymer. (DSR 26.31.1)

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade:New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm). (DSR 13.47.1)
