POINT CUM CIRCUIT WIRING

Wiring for light point/exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in 25mm dia, 2mmthick surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit with modular switch modular plate suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc.as required. In case of recess conduiting,conduits shall be recessed in wall/surface by cutting the wall and making good the same including painting, etc as required.

Group C

Wiring for light/power plug points with 2 x 4 sq.mm. FRLS PVC insulated, Cu. Conductor, single core cable including surface/ recessed medium class 25mm dia, 2mm thick PVC conduit along with 1 No. 4 sq.mm. FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable for loop earthing as required.In case of recess conduiting,conduits shall be recessed in wall/surface by cutting the wall and making good the same including painting, etc as required.

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable including surface/ recessed medium class 25/32/40mm dia, 2mm thick PVC conduit as required.In case of recess conduiting,conduits shall be recessed in wall/surface by cutting the wall and making good the same including painting, etc as required.

2x 2.5 sqmm+ 1x 2.5 sqmm earth wire.

4x 6 sqmm+ 2x 4 sqmm earth wire.

4x 16 sqmm+ 2x 6 sqmm earth wire.

Supplying and fixing modular blanking plate on the existing modular plate & switch box excluding modular plate as required.

Supplying and fixing suitable size GI box with modular plate and cover in front on surface or in recess including providing and fixing 6 pin 5/6 & 15/16 Amp modular socket outlet and 15/16 A modular switch, connection etc. as required.

Supplying and fixing suitable size GI box with modular plate and cover in front on surface or in recess including providing and fixing 3 pin 5/6 A modular socket outlet and 5/6 A modular switch in existing switch board, connection etc. as required.

DISTRIBUTION BOARD

Supplying and fixing following way, horizontal type three pole and neutral, sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 415 V, onsurface/ recess, complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required. (But without MCB/RCCB/Isolator).

Supplying & fixing 5 amps to 32 amps rating 240/415 volts C curve Miniature Circuit Breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

LIGHT & FAN FIXTURES

SITC of 4 feet long ultra slim 20W (Nominal) LED Tubelight with minimum of 90lm/w as specified in the approved list of make, with moddular ceiling rose, pvc round sheet, connections as required.

SITC of 12W (Nominal) Recess / surface Mounted LED circular Downlighter with minimum of 100lm/w as specified in the approved list of make.)

SITC of 5W (Nominal) 1ft. Mirror LED Light, as specified in the approved list of make.

SITC of following Industrial Exhaust fan with 3 core flexible wire. 300 mm dia Domestic Exhaust Fan.

EARTHING SYSTEM

Earthing with G.I. - CU earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe, including earth execavation and refilling and making good the same etc. (with charcoal/ coke and salt ) as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ submain wiring/ cable as required.

LT CABLES & CABLE TRAYS

Supply and laying on cable Tray/clamped to wall with suitable clamps saddles and fixing bolts/ in ground including the cost of digging and back filling with sand and brick protection as required and including testing and commissioning of the following sizes of 1.1KV grade multicore aluminium conductor XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed armoured cable conforming to IS : 7098 (Part-I). The costs shall include for all cables to be provided with a 1D gap and shall be properly clamped with cable clamps and ties. Identification tags shall be provided for all cables and route markers for cables in ground as per specifications and as per instructions of Engineer- in-charge.3.5 core, 50 mm2 Armoured XLPE Aluminum cable.

Supplying and installing following size of perforated painted with powder coating M.S. cable trays with perforation not more than 17.5%, in convenient sections, joined with connectors, suspended from the ceiling with M.S. suspenders including bolts & nuts, painting suspenders etc. as required. 150 mm width X 50 mm depth X 1.6 mm thickness

LT PANNEL

Design, fabrication, Assembling of supply, installation, testing and commissioning of LT Main Panel of cubical main type panel board from high quality 14 SWG 2mm wall thickness CRCA sheet angle/flat iron mounted with hinged lockable front double door for each meter compartment to accomadate with fixing arrangement of digital Multifunction meter,MCCB,MCB's ,changerover switches along with 4 strip PVC insulated bus bar in separate compartments painted with powder coated conforming to CPWD specification IP-55 .The LT Distribution panel must be free standing ,Wall mounting and front execution type suitable for 415 V +/- 3% , 3 phase and neutral ,50 Hz system conforming I.E rules with necessary provision to connect cables of various sizes from the rear bottom side., 50 Hz, 4 wire power supply system.The assembly comprising of chassis ,famework, and fixed parts of metal casing of the switchgear shallbe provided with separte earthing terminal.The formation must be compartmentalised in form 3b construction and must be supplied and installed, icluding providing the below noted items as required as per specifications.

Providing and fixing 100A FP MCCB , 25-27 kA breaking capacity with thermomagnetic release and terminal spreaders in existing cubicle panel board including drilling holes in cubicle panel, making connections, etc. as required. (INCOMER)
