Excavation over areas exceeding 1.5m deepand not exceeding 3.0m deep for foundation & getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Reinforced cement concrete (design mix) M-30 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) for foundations/footings and raft for retaining wall etc complete all as specified and directed. (Note - Reinforcement and form work will be measured and paid separately).

Material & Labour for for Reinforced cement concrete (design mix) M-30 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) for retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like, any thickness, above top of footings, including attached pilasters and buttresses etc complete all as specified and directed. (Note - Reinforcement and form work will be measured and paid separately).

Material & Labour for for use and waste of formwork to sides of concrete foundations footings and plinth beams and similar work vertical or batter surface finished rough etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for for TMT steel bars 10mm dia and over in reinforcement cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix unplasticised PVC pipe (HDPE),75mm dia as in weep holes, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Boulder filling dry, handpacked tightly, as in weep holes etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specifed and directed

M&L for back filling or retaining walls using approved earth obtain from excavationcomplete all as specified and directed.

Returning,back filling of retaining walls, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers in soft/loose soil not exceeding 25 cm.complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50m and depositing at a level not .exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new plaster surfaces of wall and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of chalk whitening priming paint complete all as specified and directed

Cuttings holes into or through cement concrete slab, chajjas,coloumn etc reinforced exc 250sq cm but not exc 500 sq cm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Roof trusses (framed), trussed purlins crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. confirming to Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) quality A all as specified and directed.

S & F for mild steel screw bolts 16 to 20 mm dia of neck (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other or serewed both ends to be fited with washer and one hexagonal or square nut exc 22.5 and n exc 30cm long all as specified and directed.

S&F of Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick having tensile strength of 550 Mpa, (AZ-150) as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified and directed.
