Providing, laying, jointing testing and commissioning of following size of MS heavy (Class C) pipes conforming to IS-1239 including cutting , threading, welding,painting,providing PCC block support at required interval etc. with all accessories like all fittings (standard MS fitting with welded joint shall be used on the pipes) including tees, elbows, reducers, union, flanges, rubber gaskets, nut, bolts and washer etc., and shall be painted with one coat of Red Oxide Primer immediately after bringing the pipes to site and shall be painted with one coat of red oxide primer after erection & proper hydraulic testing and two or more coats of Synthetic Enamel Paint of approved shade on finishing. Prior to application of primer the surface should be cleaned for any dirt, rusts, rough substance etc. All pipe includes cost of supporting blocks / fixing pipe on wall / floor /ceiling with clamps, hangers (using anchor fasteners), MS angles/ channels of suitable size/specification. a) 150 mm

Providing, fixing and jointing including testing C- class heavy duty mild steel pipes conforming to IS-1239, including cutting, welding, fittings viz bends, tees, reducers, flanges, nut-bolts, gasket complete and laying in ground including excavation, providing PCC block support at interval and giving suitable treatment for corrosion by way of min. 4mm thick corrosion protection tape which shall be wrapped comprising of coal tar/ asphalt component supported on fabric of organic/ inorganic fibre as per IS-10221, re-filling the trench etc.as required and as per enclosed specification. a) 150 mm dia

Prior to wrapping of anti-corroisive protection tape the surface should be cleaned for any dirt, rusts, rough substance etc. All pipe includes cost of laying of pipe in existing trench, supporting blocks, wrapping of anti-corroisive protection tape of suitable size/specification. a) 150 mm

Cutting of pavment of concrete surface of minimum size 9m X 0.5m X 0.5m (Length x Breadth x Depth)by using Hilti machine/breaker and Diamond Cutter including removal of dismantled material and making good the damages with 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand and 4 stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) Grade of pavement as required.
