Part-A (Work ) Dismantling of 315 MVA 400/220/33 KV Transformer and its all accessories, and Installation of NEW 500 MVA 400/220/33 KV Transformer at 400 kV Sub Station-A Muradnagar:- Dismantling of following old & used equipment by opening of nut-bolt opening of jumpers and also removal of earthing and safe shifting of LA upto strore and all other associated works.

Shifting of following equipments from store/another place to site, its erection alongwith all associate works, earthing etc.

Removal of HV/LV jumper conductor, Neutral earthing strip including cutting of channel/angle iron etc.

Complete dismantling the accessories of 315 MVA Transfomer (EMCO make) after removal of earthing and opening of cable connection, draining out the T/F oil upto required level removal of all radiators, conservator tank, oil pipe line, all bushings, turrets, fan motors, marshling boxes etc, blanking the radiator, oil pipe line, conservator tanks, turret etc. with proper gasket alongwith nuts & bolts to complete the job stisfactory including proper stacking Blanking plates, nuts & bolts shall be provided by the departement, All necessary labour T&P etc shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost.

Dismantling all water and air pipe lines of Mulsifire system of 315 MVA Transformer and it's safe shifting to storage place.

Filling Complete drained out of the Transformer oil in 209 Lit. capacity/ oil drums of 315 MVA Transformer or oil tank including Carriage of empty oil drums of capacity 209 Ltr. From store to site

Create the vacuum in main tank and filling of nitrogen gas in 315 MVA T/F main tank.

Shifting of main tank of 315 MVA Transfomer (EMCO make) from plinth to storage platform.

Upto 20 Meter distance

Additional shifting as actual requirment including all T&P and all other work required to complete the job satisfactorily

After dismantling of 315 MVA Transfomer accessories safely shifting of 400 KV bushing 220 KV & 33 KV bushing of Transformer all fan & oil pump, motor, conservator tank, radiator to store including stacking.

Filling of Transformer oil in 315 MVA main tank from 209 Lit. capacity oil drums by help of centrifuging machine after shifting of transformer at desired place.

Shifting of Main tank of new 500 MVA T/F from unloading place to Plinth including necessary turning as needed upto 20 Mtrs.

Additional shifting of main tank 500 MVA T/F.

Providing of Dry Air at the time opening of blanking plate for erection inspection of 500 MVA T/F main tank and filling of Dry Air of dew point -50°C or better for completion of Work The work shall include connecting pipe as required and measuring of Due Point values of Dy Air.

Complete safe erection of new 500 MVA T/F including all, Bushings and their turrets, Conservator Tank, connecting oil pipe lines. Tap changer, Marshalling Box and associated pipe line etc. to complete the job satisfactorily and flushing of the Radiator Banks using Hot prepared Oil along with attending the oil leakage if any for satisfactory completion of work.

Complete evacuation of 500 MVA Transformer Main tank and providing & filling of Dry N2 of dew point -50°C or better in vacuum up to pressure of 0.25 Kg/Cm2 and then again evacuating the Transformer tank after required time interval (approx 24-48 Hrs) using dry air machine. The work shall including connecting pipe of machine as required and measuring Dew Point values of Dry Nitrogen before & after every cycle till the required value is achieved. (01 Job for each cycle)

Creating complete vacuum inside the 500 MVA transfomer tank & stand at least upto 24 Hrs. before filling the oil step by step in 500 MVA T/F.

Filling approx 100 KL T/F oil in 500 MVA oil tank from 209 Ltr. Drums using centrifuging machine for increasing the BDV value before filling in 500 MVA T/F including shifting of oil drums from storage place to & fro. Hot Oil Circulation of approx. 100 KL T/F oil of 500 MVA T/F in Main Tank, Radiators or oil tanker by connectin 12 KLPH Centrifuging machine with new filters for dehydration of oil, windings etc. and taking & recording BDV values of oil and IR valus of transformer windings periodically till the required value is reached including filling & topping up of oil in Main Tank, Radiators, Conservator Tank, OLTC etc. as per directrion of Supervising Engineer/standard practices.

Connection & necessary additional laying of control cables including termination in between trurrets. WTI, OTI, Buchholz relays PRV Cooling fans, Oil pumps, OLTC and Marshaling box etc with proper ferruling, lug, cable glands of Suitable size and cable tag as per drawing/site requirement.

Laying of control cable of various sizes from 500 MVA Transformer marshalling Box, CT and OLTC to relay/control panel including associated works as shifting from store.

Delta earthing for 500 MVA Transformer consisting of fabrication of delta set with 03 Nos. 40mm/36mm dia size 3 meter long electrodes its placing in side ground and connecting all these electrodes with 75x10 mm MS flat 700 mm deep and the connecting the same with earth mat at 2 places. The work also include welding and jointing MS flat then painting MS flat in black colour below earth level and green colour above ground level in two coats (MS flat, MS Rod will be provided by the derpartment).

Earthing with 75x10/50x6mm M.S. flat at different points of 500 MVA T/F body at two points. Neutral bushing of T/F including painting by green paint in two coats (Flat shall be arrange by the Department)

Jumpering of 400 KV & 220 KV side Transfomer Bushing of 500 MVA T/F with jack Bus LA's using different type connectors and clamps/PG clamps etc. and all other associated works to complete the job.

Pre-erection testing of Transformer Bushing Turret CTs and other accessories with standard Testing Equipments with valid calibration certificates. Following tests are to be done. SFRA, WRM and Insulation resistance, Continuity, Polarity, CT ratio and Knee point voltage measurement of all the Turret CTs Test reports are to be compiled and submitted in required format as per the satisfaction of competent authority.

Sampling and testing of transformer oil at CPRI or any other NABL accredited testing lab inclucing cost of transportation of samples in standard sampling bottles (adequate number of bottles to be arranged by contractor), Samples to be taken at following intervals (as per actual requirement), 1- Before filling in transformer main tank and OLTC-03 Sample. 2-Before filling in cooling bank- 02 sample 3- Before charging - 05 samples from top and botttm of main tank R,Y &B Phase OLTC respectively. Following tests are to be conducted for each sample- 1. Breakdown voltage 2. Moisture Content. 3. Tan Delta of Oil 4.Resistivity. 5. Interfacial Tension, 6. Particle count. 7. Dissolved Gas Analysis.

Dismantling old and erection of new RTCC Panel of 500 MVA T/F in control room including its termination using ferul and copper lug, sutibale size cable gland.

Replacement of new diaphargm of existing old deluge valve along with re installation of deluge valve of HD of 150 NB for quick opening of flood as per max. work pressure 10 Kg/cm2. of deluge valve system, including overhauling of existing 150 NB Gate valve and existing gong system.

Supply and Fixing of air pressure gauge as per IS spcification accuracy +/-5%, including electrical connection.

Supply and Fixing of water pressure gauge as per IS spcification accuracy +/-5%, including electrical connection.

Supply and installation of high velocity water spary nozzles. Flow capacity 3.5Kg/cm spary core angle 90 degree.

Supply and installation of Quartez bulb detectors (QBD) operate at 70 degree C, sensing at rated temp for actuation of the element 10-12 sec.

Supply & installation and testing of fixed differential type pressure switch (Danfos/Indfos) rang 1-10 Kg/cm, including electrical connection.

Supply & laying of different sizes of M.S. pipe B class for fire water pipe line/support as per IS specification (IS code-1239) as per drawing enclosed. Complete with elbow Tee, Socket reducer and RCC Support etc. with anti-corrosive treatment with detail as below: (In Mtr)

Supply and laying of different size of GI Pipe B Class for fire detection/ water pipe line as per specification (IS Code- 1239) as per drawing enclosed complete with elbow, Tee Socket Reducer: (In Mtr), Including supports

Supply & Installation of Flanges as per IS-1538 of different sizes as per drawing work include proper butt welding with pipe & Proper packing and coupling with nut & bolt.

Supply & Installation & Commissioning of 150 NB gate valve (sluice valve/Butterfly valve) as per IS specification (IS Code:14846) of (Zoloto/Kartar/Sir make).

Supply & Installation & Commissioning of 25 NB gate valve as per IS specification (IS Code:14846) of (Zoloto/Kartar/Sir make).
