Taking down chowkhats/ frames with shutters not exceeding 1.5 Sqm (without taking off shutters from the frames) and removing from the site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down chowkhats/ frames with shutters area exceeding 1.5 Sqm but not exceeding 4.0 Sqm (without taking off shutters from the frames) and removing from the site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down shutters of any description, not exceeding 1.0 Sqm each and removing from the site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down shutters of any description exceeding 1 Sqm but not exceeding 2.0 Sqm each including stacking at directed location for refixing and/ or removing to store or site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing factory made pressed steel frames having profile 125mm x 60mm for doors with one or more rebates made out of 1.25 mm thick MS sheet, including necessary fixing lugs, 04 Nos medium weight 100 mm size hinges per chowkhat, lock strike plate, thresh hold bar/ flat etc., and one shop coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing factory made pressed steel frames having profile 105mm x 60mm for doors with one or more rebates made out of 1.25 mm thick MS sheet, including necessary fixing lugs, 04 Nos medium weight 100 mm size hinges per chowkhat, lock strike plate, thresh hold bar/ flat etc., and one shop coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing 35mm thick factory made flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both side complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing 30 mm thick factory made second class hard wood glazed and skelton shutters, open rebated and prepared to received glass gauge etc., (without sash bars), edges of framing plain chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc., supplied and fitted to chowkats, dimensions of shutters shall be as specified in SSR part I (2009), Section-8, Clause 8.24(a) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat of size 45 x 70 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed Stainless Steel screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/ borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/ Stainless Steel dash 100 mm/ 125 mm long fasteners of required dia complete all as per drawings and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Material test certificate & authenticity certificate shall be produced by contractor while claiming payment.

Supply and fixing factory made flush door shutter of size 30mm thickness, single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite), solid decorative type, comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/ borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant. WPC to be laminated with PVC foil of minimum 14 microns thick of approved design pasted with hot melt adhesive on both faces of shutter and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary fill body threaded starheaded countersunk SS screws, complete all as per drawings and as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Material test certificate & authenticity certificate shall be produced by contractor while claiming payment.
