Carrying out test by flooding water for 24 hrs for leakage & seepages and rectifying the same to the entire satisfaction of GE. (d) Finally applying a coat of solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.15 ltr/Sqm on the top of membrane surfaces complete all as specified & as directed by Engr in Charge

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in roof padding,roof kerbs of mud spots rounded or chamfered levelling /sloping course finished even and fair or to produce rebates to door frames etc complete complete all as specified.

M&L for Removing old loose concrete, plaster and other finishes from coloumns, slabs, beams, chajja and other similar locations including removal of cover concrete to a depth of 20mm beyond reinforcement and cleaning of concrete surface and derusting of reinforcement using wire/ rotary wire brush making the surfaces free from loose material dirt etc and thereafter cleaning exposed concrete substrate using water jet all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Providing & Pouring Micro concreting M-40 grade manufactured by M/s FOSROC product code Renderoc RG or equivelent from the list of makes using approved mixing machines/pumping over two coat of Epoxy bond of M/s FOSROC product code Nitobond EP or equivelent on concrete substrate using spray machine & ensuring no pin holes are visible. The work to be executed in RCC coloumns, beams, chajjas, slabs and similar other locations all as specified and directed. The work shall be carried out as per manufactuere's instructions.
