ERECTION of Single Pole TRANSFORMER STRUCTURE COMPLETE inclusive of following works - Excavation of pole pits sizing 2' X 2' X 6', erection of poles, erection of base plate, erection of structure materials , erection of 11 KV GOS and HG Fuse, Structure Earthing complete , Pole concreting (2' x 2' x 6') for both base and sleeve including supply of jelly, sand and cement by the contractor in the ratio of concreting 1:2:4 , plinth erection with plastering ratio 1:2 including supply of cement and sand , Fixing of Open Type fuse units, HT/LT LAS fixing and LAS earthing through PVC Pipe 0.5" , Provision of bus-bar arrangement, Erection of Stay Set complete, Jumpering, erection of support angles and insulators if any , Alteration of materials in lathe works if any, provision of danger board, 3 Nos Earth pipe including erection of cement collar and painting of pole with Distember (paint and earth bit collar to be supplied by contractor) (with centre support)

Transportation of all types and sizes of poles and other associated material from road side to pole pit and vice versa upto 0.50KM

Cement Concrete of ratio for individual poles shall be in the ratio of 1:2:4 (1 part Cement, 2 parts coarse sand and 4 parts 20mm aggregate stones chips)(material +labour) sleeve concreting of poles

Cement Concrete of ratio for stay set foundation shall be in the ratio of 1:3:6 (Cement concrete in mixture 1 part cement, 3 part coarse sand, 6 part 40mm size aggregate stone chips).

Painting of structure materials distribution transformers with 1 coat of Red Oxide paint and 2 coats of aluminium paint of structure pole and writing of transformer details including material cost.

Numbering of each Poles with black letters in Yellow base by using stencils/skilled painters (including cost of paint per pole).The height of the lettering shall be 40mm for numbers and 50mm for alphabets.

Painting of all types of X arm and TI fitting with Aluminium Paint (including cost of paint)
