Earth work in excavation by manual/mechanical means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5M in width as well as 10Sqm on plan/over areas (exceeding 30 cm and upto 1.5 m in depth,1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan ) including dressing of sides ramming of bottoms lift up to 1.5M including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil within a lead of 5km from site /edge cutting or as directed by EIC. disposed earth to be leveled and neatly dressed in all kinds of soil including pumping out water caused by springs,tidal or river seepage,broken water means or drains and the like complete.

Providing and laying of stone soling hand packed dry in foundation trenches including all carriage and cost of material involved complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work up to plinth level 1:4:8 (1Cement: 4 fine sand: 8 grade stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) (crushed) including all carriages and cost of material involved.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding C/o centring and shuttering finishing and reinforcement all work upto plinth level 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone agg. 20mm nominal size) including all carriages and cost of materials involved.

Providing and laying Reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 Cement: 1.5 coarse sand: 3 graded Stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) (crushed) in suspended floors, beams, columns, roofs, lintels balconies, landings and staircase excluding cost of centering and shuttering all work up to floor V level including all carriages and cost of materials involved up to site of work complete.

Random Rubble masonry with hard stonefrom quarry in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement:6 coarse sand:12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)upto plinth level with cement mortar 1:6(1 cement:6 coarse sand) including all carriages.

Supply and filling, watering and compacting of sand/ nallah muck/ GSB or equivalent under floors including all carriages and cost of material involved.

Brick work with common burnt clay FPS non modular bricks of class designation 75 upto floor V level in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement :6 coarse sand) including all carriages.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clesrestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia and length (hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners shall be paid for separately) Silver wood /imported Kail wood including all carriages

Centering and shuttering including strutting propping etc. and removal of form in foundation footings, basses of columns. including all carriages and cost of material involved.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for Walls(any thickness),Columns,pillars, Lintels, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers, using 12mm ply including carriages.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies,stairs and access platforms. using 12mm ply including carriages.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Edges of slabs and breaks in floors and walls using 12 mm ply including all carriages.

Reinforcement for RCC works including straightening, cutting, bending placing in position and binding all complete. Thermo Mechanically Treated bars. including all carriages and cost of material involved.

Structural steel work welded in built up sections , trusses and framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position & applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete including all carriages leads lifts etc.

Providing and fixing of Trackdeck cril make or equivalent H.I rib profiled SMP coated sheets of Green colour comprising 0.63 mm thick class-3 sheets fixed to the supporting structure with 8 mm dia GI limpet and bituminous felt washers,including SMP quoted plain ridges,valleys etc all included but excluding cost of supporting structure including all carriages.

Providing coloured ridges /hips of width 60cm overall width plain GS sheets fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks , bolts and nuts 8mm dia GI limpet and Bitumen washers complete 0.50 mm thick including carriages Complete

Providing and fixing of 40X5mm flat iron hold fast 40 cm long including fixing to frame with 10mm dia bolts, nuts and wooden plugs and embeddings in cement concrete block 30X10X15 cm 1:3:6 mix ( 1 Cement : 3 Coarse sand :6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including all carriages and cost of materials involved.

Providing and fixing of 16 mm dia holding down anchor bolts 500 mm long along with nuts for holding of steel truss including all carriages complete.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 ( 1cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. Complete. 50 thick with 20mm nominal size stone aggregate(Crushed) including all carriages complete

15 mm Cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: 1:6(1 cement:6 coarse sand) including all carriages complete.

12 mm cement plaster of mix 1:4(1 cement:4 coarse sand) including all carriages complete.

Providing and fixing of plain eaves boarding 300mm x 40 mm (nominal size) imported kail wood incl cost of nails complete including all carriages.

P/F in position 12mm thick imported panellig on walls,ceiling and soffit including cost of necessary adhesive & cost of nails etc.complete job. incl preparing the surface for final finish and touch wood polish on the sealer surface with spray gun for final finish all complete incl. cost of nails / screws to be approved by Engineer-in-charge including frame work with wooden scants and cost of nails complete including all carriages.

Providing,fabricating,errecting and fixing of hot diped coloured galvanized rain water gutters 450X300 mm size using 0.63mm thick sheet including all accessories connecting rain water pipes to gutters place at roof along all valleys and edges of building including seal welding/riveting at all joints to make water tight including painting as per specification/drawing and carriages complete.

Supplying and filling of good earth including digging earth carrying by lorry, placing, watering, dressing and ramming in layers not over 200mm thick and consolidation with PRR of 8-10 ton capacity including carriage of earth from approved source of supply to site of work complete including all carriages.

Providing and placing on terrrace (at all floor levels) polyethene water storage tank ISI:12701 (triple layer)marked indicating the BIS License No with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet,outlet and overflow pipes with fittings but without base support for tank(Sintex,Electroplat,Star,Lotus or equivalent having valid ISI license) including all carriages.

Providing and fixing of PVC conduit 2mm thick of phenolex,Ravindra,Polycab or equivalent make of 25mm/32mm dia including all carriages.

Providing and fixing Deep Junction boxes/Fan junction box including all carriages and cost of material involved.
