REPAIR TO FLOORING, PLASTERING, FALSE CEILING, WALL PANELLING, JOINERY AND SANITARY FITTINGS FOR ZONE B AT LGJ MIL STN UNDER GE LALGARH JATTAN

Taking down cement plaster on bricks or stone walls etc and including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick or stone masonary in CM (1:6) finished even and smooth without using extra cement including M&L for preparation by suraface with help of mechanicallly and applying 1.5 to 2.5 mm thick acrylic wall care putty and smoothening the surfaces with sand paper/mechanised sanding etc (preparatary paint as directed), and applying two coat of 100% premium intetrior acrylic emulsion paint by using brush roller over and including one coat of primer complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick or stone masonary in CM (1:4) finished even and smooth without using extra cement etc upto height 9.60 m including M&L for applying two coat of weather proof exterior emulsion paint (shade as approved by GE) with highlighter of any approved shade, @ 5 sq.m/litre/2 coats by using roller to external walls/RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/roof projections/ cantilevers/balcony etc surfaces over wall care putty (thickness very from 1.5 to 2.5 mm as required for desirable smoothness and levelling of surfaces in two or more layers) on newly plastered surfaces of wall including preparation of surface complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) on fair faces of concrete surfaces of ceiling finished fair and even and smooth without using extra cement including M&L for applying three coats of white wash on new plastered surface as on ceiling incl preparation etcetc complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Brickwork with fly ash bricks, old size bricks sraight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:6) including demoition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles including cleaning and stacking serviceable brick for re use and balance removing rubbish from the site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for complete removal of existing treament with help of mechanicallly and applying 1.5 to 2.5 mm thick acrylic wall care putty and smoothening the surfaces with sand paper/mechanised sanding etc (preparatary paint as directed), and applying two coat of 100% premium intetrior acrylic distemper paint by using brush roller complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for complete removal of existing surface finishes and treating with two coat of weather proof exterior emulsion paint (shade as approved by GE) with highlighter of any approved shade, @ 5 sq.m/litre/2 coats by using roller to external walls/RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/roof projections/ cantilevers/balcony etc surfaces over wall care putty (thickness very from 1.5 to 2.5 mm as required for desirable smoothness and levelling of surfaces in two or more layers) on old plastered surfaces of wall including preparation of surface complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces and appying two coats of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down wall panelling and similar work, any description, fixed in any position complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing premium quality WPC fluted wall panels of approved make, manufactured from wood polymer composite (WPC) material, having uniform fluted (grooved) surface texture hollow corrugated shape , of size as per manufacturer’s standard (generally 150–200 mm width and up to 2.4–3.0 m length), and thickness not less than 25 mm , fixed over prepared aluminium framework and back support board. The panels shall be of high-density, UV-stabilized, waterproof, termite-resistant, borer-proof and fire-retardant grade, with factory-finished surface such as wood grain / matte / laminated finish of approved shade and pattern. Panels shall be fixed using a combination of concealed clips, stainless steel screws, and high-strength adhesive, ensuring proper interlocking through tongue-and-groove system, maintaining uniform alignment, level, and plumb. The work includes: Cutting panels to required size and shape Fixing panels in true line, level, and alignment Proper jointing with tongue & groove interlocking system Providing uniform grooves/flutes without visible defects Making necessary cut-outs for electrical boxes, AC points, etc. Providing and fixing matching edge trims, corner profiles, end caps in WPC/PVC/aluminium as required Filling minor gaps and finishing edges neatly Cleaning and finishing complete surface after installation Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
