(E) The RMU shall also capable for the following : The RMU shall be gas insulated metal enclosed. The high grade steel gas tight tank shall inculde switch devices or circuit breaker, internal copper bus bar, bushings for cable connections, pressure relief device, copper earth bus bar. The drive cabinet shall contain a user friendly control panel with a mimic diagram, In this diagram the drive socket and position indicators for all switch devices are clearly arranged. There is an instrument compartment on top of the drive cabinet and it shall contain short circuit indicators for cable feeders, capacitive voltage detection system, standard Manometer. The auxiliary equipment like trip coils or aux contacts shall be wired to central termination blocks in each feeder . The switching devices shall have separate drive system, which are operated with non interchangeable plug-in levers. A complete interrogator interlocking system reliably prevents control errors and ensures high operation convenience. The RMU shall comply with stndarads IEC 62271-200, IEC 62271-200, IEC 62271-100, pressure of SF 6 gas shall be 1.3 bars at 20 deg C.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation, for laying of pipe, cable etc or n. exc.10 Sqm on plan and n. exc. 1.5m in depth for shafts, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable covers, Class HV type 2 with flat size 450 mm x 180 mm x 40 mm, complete all as specified and as directed.
M&L for GI Tubes in repair of 80mm, medium grade ,galvanised , with clamp of 25x3 flat iron welded to pipe fixed to wall/pole/ceiling or laid in floors or under road etc complete all as specified and as directed.
Drilling (Horizontally) existing road ( Maximum 10 mtr wide) suitable for passing GI tubing upto 80/100mm complete all as specified and directed.
Supply and laying or fixing or passing in trenches/ on pole/ through pipes, 11000 volts grade(Earthed) XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor of cross section area 120 sqmm, 3 core after taking out the old unserviceable XLPE/ PILCA cable and testing on completion complete all as directed. (Note : Excavation, earthwork, sand cushioning and cable protection will be measured and paid for separately)

Taking down old u/s cross arms any size

Taking down of old unsv cable of any type and any size for repair or replacement incl pipes & bricks etc complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge. Note: Excavation & earth work where required shall be measured & paid separately under relevant items.
M&L for shifitng of RMU 11 KV capacity ranging from 3 Way or 4 way any size , disconnecting all connections from the RMU, shifting to new locations and reshifting disconnected RMU to location as directed and reconnecting all connections all as per required and directed by Engr In charge.
Schedule of credit amount of Rs. 1,24,700.00 to be deducted during AOC
