REPAIR MAINTENANCE OF EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY PIPELINES, GATE VALVES AND OTHER CONNECTED WORKS AT POOH AREA UNDER GE 863 EWS

Excavation in tranches in soft loose soil not exceeding 1.5mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of pipes in tranches and getting out including levelling of bottom surface and trimming of sides after removal of existing GI/HDPE pipes and fittings complted all as specified and directed. Note rate of removal of existing GE/HDPE pipes find fitting shall be included in the above items.

Returning filling in including spearing levelling, waering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each excavated soft/hard soil in trenches after the pipes havew been laid and tested competed all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply, Laying and testing in replacement old UNSV 3- layer PP-R Polypropylene random copolymer concealed pipes 20 mm outer diameter SDR 7.4 (PN16) UV stabilized and antimicrobial fusion welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply all PP-R plain & brass threaded polypropylene random fittings laid in trenches. all as specified and directed. Note Excavation an earth wrok shall be paid separately.

All as per ser 4 item No here in before but of size 25mm (outer diameter of pipe) complete all as specified and directed.

Note;- Item No 4 to 8 for PP-R pipes connecting fittings like PP-R (sockets, elbow, Tee sockets, reducer, unions and etc.. of both plain and brass threaded type are included in dimmed rates..

Supply and fixing in replacement insulation with nitile rubber of size 19mm thick x 22mm bore insulation material all around the PPR pipe 20mm dia used in water supply complete all as specified and directed.
