Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Distribution transformer (Level 3) mounted on wheel mounted trolley, stepdown, 11/0.433KV, Three Phase complying with IS: 1180/IEC-76(Part-1) 2014 with latest amendments, outdoor type double copper wound suitable for 50 Hz system of capacity 800 KVA, oil immersed naturally cooled delta connected on HT side and Star connected on LT side, Vector Group Dyn11, provided with OFF load tap changer to vary secondary voltage from -7.5% to + 7.5 % in step of 2.5 %. Percentage Impedance: 5%. Losses and Impedance are subjected to tolerance as specified in IS 1180. The transformers should be supplied with first filling of oil confirming to IS 335 .The transformer should have both side cable end box with neutral brought out complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge, and installation of transformer shall be carried out as per IS-10028 and comprising with the following standard fittings/Technical specifications :- (a) Lifting lug for transformer and tank. (b) Earthing terminal rating and diagram plate. (c ) Air release device. (d) Oil filling inlet pipe with plug. (e) Drain outlet pipe with brass gate valve. (f) Conservator tank with oil level indicator (g) Silica jel breather h) First fill of oil upto level including conservator tank with fresh new oil conforming to IS335. (j) Type of connection Delta/Star (k) Type of cooling: Oil and Natural Air. (l) Vector group:DYN 11. (m) Temperature rise over an ambient of 50 °C maximum. (n) Cable end box on both side for HT/LT cables of suitable size. (o) Provision of thermometer with pocket. (p) Provision of oil and winding temperature gauge.

M&L for fabrication of four wheel mounted trolley, heavy duty, suitable for 800 KVA transformer, spring leaf suspension for 4 tyresTrailer with following specifications Main chassis will be of ISMC Base frame 200 x 65 mm channel and cross member of 100x100 mm ISMC, welded with reinforcement. MS chequered plate will be welded on the platform of 6 mm thickness with GI Fencing and roof shed alongwith gate should be provided. Tyre of brand :JK/MRF/CEAT/APOLLO ANY AVAILABLE STANDARD BRAND with heavy duty disc with manual locking brake system of pull type will be provided for both axles alongwith two cable rotinging drums for cable rolling on both ends(for HT/ LT cables for min 100 mtr length). Front axle will be of manual type with tilt plate and towing a frame channel with i bolt. All the framework will be degreased and spray painted with one coat of epoxy primer and epoxy paint. Manual sliding jack lift and pin lock type,Provide single core multi stranded 10sq mm dia copper earthing cable with suitable lugs and fix to neutral and body of the transformer and fix 2 Nos of copper spike 120 cm length and 30mm dia spikes with one side sharp end for the earth of the transformer and any other accessories shall be provided as per manufactures recommendation and cost of the same deemed to be included in the quoted rate complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Drawing of wheel mounted trolley will be approved by the GE before placing order.
