Material and labour for bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete, 40 mm consolidated thickness, using paving bitumen of Grade VG-30, with 5.5% of binder content by weight of total mix, mixed using mini Hot Mix plant, laid manually, rolled and compacted with power road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Supply only bitumen binder grade VG-30 as approved all as specified and as directed. Note :- The item shall be operated for any variation in the qty of bitumen from the standard design mix with 5.5% binder content.

The height of unit considered as 0.58m is tentative. The actual height of unit may be provided between 0.58 to 0.63m as per manufacture recommendation/ standard size available .
Material and Labour for Gabion structure with Mechanically Woven Double Twisted Hexagonal Shaped Wire mesh Gabion Boxes of size 2mx1mx0.5m (LxBxH) as per IS 16014:2012, MORTH Clause 2500, of required size, Mesh Type 10x12cm (D=100 mm with tolerance of ±2%), Zinic+10% Al alloy + PVC coated (Zn with polymer coating shall be provided if better polymer is available without any extra cost implication), Mesh wire diameter 2.7/3.7mm (ID/OD), mechanically edged/ selvedged with partitions at every 1m interval and shall have minimum 10 numbers of openings per meter of mesh perpendicular to twist, tying with lacing wire of diameter 2.2/3.2mm(ID/OD), supplied @3% by weight of Gabion boxes, filled with boulders , as per drawing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- The boulder shall be measured and paid separately in respective items.

(Note:- 1. Wire mesh Gabion Boxes shall be measured and paid separately 2. The net quantity of boulder shall be measured for payment purpose after deducting 30% for voids).
Supplying and laying high strength flexible geogrids (HSFG) as soil reinforcement / basal reinforcement as per MORTH 3100 and IRC 113, made of high tenacity polyester core with polyethylene coating with Minimum Long Term Design Strength (LTDS) of more than 50% of ultimate tensile strength at 30 degree Celsius corresponding to 12 % strain of Gabion boxes, filled with boulders with least dimension of 200 mm, all as per drawing, all complete as per directions of Engineer in charge for having Long term design strength (LTDS) not less than 59kN/m Note : Boulders shall be measured and paid seperately under item No 52 above.

Material and Labour for rolling the surface with light roller make the surface smoothen refilling with mixer of sand and good earth (sweet soil) at equal proportions and light watering and planting local grass turf with earth 50mm to 60mm thickness on prepared ground in plain or slope with proper level and ramming with tools wooden (Dhurmos) and maintenance for 60 days or more till the grass establish properly complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
