Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (below or above ground level) including removal of rubbish outside complex (MOD land), complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches in any type of soil, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundation, etc. and getting out any type of soil including removal of surplus soil outside MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming soil in layers n. exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound.

Taking down eaves gutter & rain water, soil pipes (any size or pattern), including all fitting, heads , shoes, bends, swan necks, including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, 110 mm bore in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to walls complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) bends of any radius of 100 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, approns, vertical surface of walls etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy racket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc and similar work confirming to Fe-290 Gde -E-165

M&L framed work such as grills, gratings etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, welded or forged into spikes framed guard bars, barred doors & walk ways railings frame work of water tank and similar work confirming to Fe-290 Gde -E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description, any position not otherwise specifically provided for and including reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition upto and including fourth storey and on the roof top/mumty/parapet and removal of debris and rubbish outside MoD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete, finished even & smooth surface without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in drain finished even & smooth surface without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete type C-1, 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs or mud stops, in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete 75mm thick type C-1, 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in floors, pavings etc finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cement concrete 40mm thick type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in floors pavings etc finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

S&F glass dividing strips 3mm thick and 38mm wide inserted in position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, chajja, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhang for rough finished flat surfaces and similar work complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster including raking out joints hacking for scrubbing down with water etc to receive new plaster, brick wall built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premix/readymix plaster 15mm thick on brick or concrete surfaces of walls in CM 1:4 finished even & smooth without using extra cement over a coat of ultratech seal (or equivalent from approved list of makes) and dry 5 plush (or equivalent from approved list of makes) as bonding agent including necessary formwork up to six storey buildings including necessary scaffolding, framed work and safety precautions complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork built in cement mortar in any description and position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brickwork with old size sub class "B" bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:4 walls, drains, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for laying Micro-concrete cement based pre-packed single component, chloride free, sulphate free ,non shrink, free flow, self compacting, ready to use after mixing water in specified proportion of approved quality. The unit rate shall include the cost of formwork for providing micro concrete patch repair as required at site with steel jack system and steel props to support the form work in this application of high strength, dual shrinkage, compensated, micro concrete for placing in nominal thickness of 50 mm to 150 mm for concrete repair. Make:- Sika/BASE Fosroc/Dr Sunanda or equivalent from approved list of makes.

M&L for Forming Jambs etc to opening including cutting toothing and properly bonding in to old work pointing to match existing work, complete new work built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new/old plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion, white or tinted over one coat of primer including 3mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint on old steel and iron surfaces including preparation of surfaces over 10 cm width of girth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for one coat of super quality weather proof exterior emulsion paint over & including one coat of primer from the same manufacturer on external walls surfaces after preparation of old surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of super quality weather proof exterior emulsion paint over & including one coat of primer from the same manufacturer on external walls / ceiling surfaces after preparation of surface by wall care putty as required on old surface complete all as specified and directed.

S&F including taking down Powder coated aluminium partition n.exc 1.2 sqm in each panel using 95.6 mm x 44.8mm x 1.6mm frame work with and including 12 mm thick exterior grade veneered particle boards with decorative veneers on both faces/6 mm thick frosted/colouerd/plane glass fixed/openable as directed by Engr-in-Charge including all fittings, fixture, aluminium beading for fixing board complete partition measured and paid in sqm

M&L for coloured granite (of any type/patterns/coloured) as approved by GE as per site sample of 18-20 mm thick table rubbed and polished as in Floor, cooking platform, and the like machine cut laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry and incl pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with granite shade including cutting, making hole of 20 mm dia for gas pipe at suitable location as directed at site and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 32.00 here-in-before but as in vertical surfaces such as dado/skirting laid over and including premix/readymix plaster 10mm thick on brick or concrete surfaces of walls in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement over a coat of ultratech seal or equivalent from approved list of makes and dry 5 plush (or equivalent from approved list of makes) as bonding agent and using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade including cutting and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Butch stone cladding of size 150 x 600mm and 15 to 20 mm thick as in vertical surfaces such as dado/skirting laid including premix/readymix plaster 10mm thick on brick or concrete surfaces of walls in CM 1:4 finished even without using extra cement over a coat of ultratech seal (or equivalent from approved list of makes)and dry 5 plush (or equivalent from approved list of makes) as bonding agent complete all as specified and directed. jointed with grey cement slurry and incl pointing in white cement (1:2) with admixture of pigment to match with shade including cutting and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge such as steps, cooking platforms and other similar situations complete all as specified and directed.

S&F aluminium composite panel (ACP) sheet 3 to 5mm thick of approved colour/cutting/design/patterns/shapes as approved by GE of brand name GURIND/ALSTONE or equivalant as approved by GE including and fixed with necessary frame work of aluminium tube of size 25mmx40mm the board and frame shall be in semi-arc/rectangular/circular shape (suitable radius and curve as per site) to cover the walls, columns, roofs, ceilings of the building/structures at suitable height, including necessary scaffolding and safety precaution in multi storey building complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling roof sheets /AC/Fibre sheet corrugated or semi corrugated sheet in roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 15 mm bore GI tubing and connections including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 39.00 here-in-before but for 20mm dia.

S&F GI tubing, medium grade, galvanised, with all fittings fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors for 15mm bore pipe concealed / open complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No-41.00 here-in-before but for 20mm bore pipe.

M&L for cutting chases on brick or concrete surface for concealed water tubing, cutting girth n.exc 10cm including making good of disturbed surfaces with PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair, gun metal globe or gate valves with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed for 15mm dia pipe (ISI Marked) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 44.00 here-in-before but for 20mm dia pipe

M&L for pre-cast reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in cover slabs for manholes, drains and such similar works including set in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor hearth and wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for laminam slim walls tiles size and coloured/patterns as per sample approved by GE for works on vertical surfaces such as skirting/dados/wall cladding set and jointed with solvent/solution of same manufacturer and pointed in coloured cement to match including premix/readymix plaster 10mm thick on brick or concrete surfaces of walls in CM 1:4 finished even without using extra cement over a coat of ultratech seal (or equivalent from approved list of makes) and dry 5 plush (or equivalent from approved list of makes) as bonding agent complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non-skid ceramic floor tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) coloured , area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, of 1st quality , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match laid over and including screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:4, 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PVC louvers pannel 15mm wide wooden finished solid both side prelam celluca plyboard for wall cladding, cabinet boxes & shutter etc including lipping to edges of exposed surface including provision of all material and fixing arrangement fixed to walls complete all as specified and directed.
