Taking down cement plaster of any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:6 on fair face of concrete surface or brick walls finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified

M&L for 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:3 on concrete ceiling surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified

M&L for 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 on fair face of brick walls or concrete surface including mixing of liquid water proofing compound @ 200ml per 50 Kg cement bag, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified. (Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as directed. Make:- SCOT NO 1/ ACCOPROOF/ IMPERMO

M&L for new plastered on walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a preparatory coat of 1mm thickess of plaster of paris putty on plastered surface over a coat of priming plastered and other surfaces with alkali resistant priming paint, including necessary preparation of surfaces etc, completed all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of new plastered ceilling surfaces and applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion over a coat primer including 1mm thickess of plaster of paris putty on plastered surface etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing newly plastered wall surface and applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation old plastered surface of wall and applying one coats of weather proof (exterior grade) acrylic emulsion paint with anti fungal property over existing painted surfaces etc complete all as specified and as directed. (Make: Dulux Weather Shield Max or Apex Ultima from Asian Paints or Berger weather coat All guard or equivalent). Note: Rate quoted shall be deemed to include scafolding upto 12m height or as per the actual site requirements

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on plastered wall surface and applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/10 Sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed Note : (i) Plaster work will be measured and paid separately.
