Providing and fixing of the 4 Inches dia Butter Fly Valve ISI Standard and allied accessories as per direction of Engineer- in-charge and all including required materials and labour both

Providing and fixing of the 4 Inches dia Foot Valve ISI Standard and cutting, welding as per direction of Engineer- in-charge and all including required materials and labour both

Providing and fixing of the 4 inch dia Pressure Gauge meter ISI Standard as per direction of Engineer- in-charge and all including required materials and labour both

Providing and fixing of the 3 inch dia brass Stop Cock ISI Standard inside pump house and necessary cutting and welding etc. as per direction of Engineer- in-charge and all including required materials and labour both

Repairing, maintaining after supplying, replacing, fixing of MS/GI pipe ISI Standard 3inch/76 mm nominal size of same specification of pump house to oxidation chamber(OC) up to reservoir for Iron removal plant including cutting, welding, finishing, required as per the necessary items and removal old pipes within 50 meter lead as per direction of Engineer- in-charge and all including required materials and labour both

Repairing, maintaining after supplying, replacing, fixing of MS/GI pipe ISI Standard 4inch/102 mm nominal size of same specification of pump house to oxidation chamber(OC) up to reservoir for Iron removal plant including cutting, welding, finishing, required as per the necessary items and removal old pipes within 50 meter lead as per direction of Engineer- in-charge and all including required materials and labour both

Washing and cleaning with (as per required chemical ) of C.I.,G.I.,MS Pipe lines( as per required) for Iron removal plant area and proper cleaning from sediments of iron for free flow of water inside the pipeline( as required) including replacement of old gasket, nut & bolts etc. and removal old materials within 50 meter lead as per direction of Engineer- in-charge and all including required materials and labour both

Repairing and maintaining of 6inch/8inch dia sluice valve ISI Standard with damaged spindle of water distribution pipelines of all existing connections of Oxidation Chamber(OC) for Iron Removal Plant with necessary civil works, nut & bolts, flanges and removal old materials within 50 meter lead as per direction of Engineer- in-charge and all including required materials and labour both

For Iron Filter Vessel

Unloading of exhausted/damaged media filter from filter vessel (lower/upper) for Iron Removal Plant with proper care and removal old materials within 50 meter as per direction of Engineer- in-charge and all including required materials and labour both

For filter vessel through scrapping, cleaning, washing inside the vessels properly and painting with anti-corrosive black bituminous paint etc. as required to protect the inner surface from corrosion as per direction of Engineer- in-charge and all including required materials and labour both

For filter vessel through checking of existing 980 pcs PVC stainers carefully & properly and replacing of the same by supplying new PVC double nut stainer as per direction of Engineer- in-charge and all including required materials and labour both

For filter vessel loading and re-commissioning : (MGF full) as per specific media filter ( 140 bags sand, 85 bags gravels, 80 bags silex) [1 bag =25kg] as per direction of Engineer- in-charge and all including required materials and labour both

Providing & Commissioning 3 nos FRP coated PVC dosing tank 300/500 ltrs as required and as per direction of Engineer- in-charge and all including required materials and labour both

Providing & Commissioning 3 nos dosing machines along with allied accessories and pipe as per direction of Engineer- in-charge and all including required materials and labour both

For the oxidation chamber

Cutting, welding and re-commissioning of the Oxidation chamber for Iron removal Plant along removal old materials within 50 meter lead as per direction of Engineer- in-charge and all including required materials and labour both

Dismantling and re-commissioning of the Oxidation chamber for Iron removal Plant along with 10 bags MnO2, 6 bags gravels after Unloading of damaged all materials and removal old materials within 50 meter lead as per direction of Engineer- in-charge and all including required materials and labour both

For in and around of Iron Removal Plant (Iron Filter vessel and the Oxidation Chamber)

Outside Painting by synthetic enamel paint of approved color with two or more coats after applying primer coating and proper Scrapping of filter vessel with allied pipelines and all existing connections and Oxidation Chamber(OC) for Iron Removal Plant with necessary civil works, nut & bolts, flanges ISI Standard and removal old materials within 50 meter lead and as per direction of Engineer- in-charge including required materials and labour both

Submission of water testing report (site zone wise) TDS, parasites and other parameter by any certified NABL organization as per direction of Engineer- in-charge and all including required materials and labour both

Cleaning of underground sump, Over Head R.C.C. Tank (independent staging) including disposal of slit and rubbish, all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The cleaning shall consist following operations:- (i) Tank shall be emptied of water by pumping & bottom shall be cleaned of silt and other deposits. (ii) Entire surface area of the sump shall then scrubbed thoroughly with wire brush etc. and pressure washed with water. (iii) Chlorination of RCC internal surface by liquid chlorine. (iv) The treated surface shall be dried using air jetting and all loose particles shall be removal from the surface. (v) Finally the surface shall be treated with ultraviolet radiation etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
