SCHEDULE "A" PART-I (REPAIRS TO ROADS)

Repairs to potholes any depth not exceeding 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc. cutting around edges to atleast 25mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat of paving bitumen of Grade VG-30 at 5 kg per 10 sq m, putting in premix as specified for SDAC well rammed (including supply of SDAC) depth of potholes not exceeding 30mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Repairs to potholes any depth not exceeding 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc. cutting around edges exc 25mm in depth, making good by filling in screened and graded road metal watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) and applying tack coat of paving bitumen of Grade VG-30 at 5 kg per 10 sq m and putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8Kg/Sqm, blinded with 0.09 Cum of stine chippings6.3mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings) complete with depth of potholes exc 30mm all as specified and as directed.

Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud, loose materials etc., sweeping with mechanical blower or brooms to remove all loose dirt, materials etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Applying evenly using pressure sprayer a priming / tack coat with bituminous primer of paving bitumen of Grade VG-30 at 5 kg / 10 Sqm over bituminous surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Bituminous premix semi-dense asphaltic concrete (SDAC), 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% minimum binder content by weight of total mix, (paving bitumen VG-30) and filler of 2% cement, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete using mechanical paver and rolled to a uniform, smooth surface using Tandem vibratory roller complete all as specified and as directed.

(a) Contractor shall quote his rate by considering 5.5% bitumen content. If it is less than 5.5% by weight of total mix, the amount shall be recovered for the less weight of binder only at the rate of Rs 42/- per Kg if technically acceptable. No other claim whatsoever on account of this will be allowed.

(b) No price adjustment shall be applicable if excess quantity of binder content is used / approved in the execution of work under this item.

(c) Cement shall be used as filler at a minimum of 2% by weight of total mix. In the event of variation in the mix design in the percentage of filler content on plus side, nothing extra shall be paid.

Moorum /Red Bajri filling in road side berms, laid in layers not exc 15cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering and rolled to a uniform, smooth surface using Tandem vibratory roller complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparing road surface including cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc and applying 2.5mm thick road marking strips (Retro reflective) of specified shade/colour using hot thermoplastic material conforming to IS-164(1981) by fully automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser including glass beads, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions all as per BS EN 1871, BS EN 1423 and BS EN 1424 complete as specified and directed.

Removing old solar studs and taking on credit and provision of new Solar studs made out of aluminium composite body (of load capacity 20 Tonne) fixed with bright LEDs 3 Nos (RED) on each side, size 125mmx125mmx25mm and shank 65mm, with battery of Li / Cd and to be fixed using adhesive as per manufacturer’s instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Make shall of Cat No. Dhruv DA-110 of Dark Eye or Cat No GPL-03-01 SRS BN Make: GREENS/ GREENLITE or equivalent of makes as listed here-in-after as approved by Accepting Officer.

Removing old CAT eyes and taking on credit and provision of new Duo directional CAT eyes (Road studs) of size 100mmx110mmx20mm made up of weather resistant high impact polymer conforming to ASTM D4280 and having electronically welded micro prismatic lens with abrasion resistant coating and fixed with 2 Nos of polymer shanks and epoxy adhesive conforming to IS as per manufacturer’s instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Make shall of Cat No. DA-52 of Dark Eye or Cat Pt No GPL-01-04 Make: GREENS/ GREENLITE or equivalent of makes as listed here-in-after as approved by Accepting Officer.

SCHEDULE "A" PART-II (EXT ELECTRIFICATION)

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m in width and not exc 1.5 M in depth and getting out in any type of soil.

Removing excavated material / soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm

Supply and laying fine river sand cushioning spreading and levelling for cable in the trenches all as specified and directed (Punned thickness only shall be measured and paid)

Reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, type 1 with peak, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete Note - Photographic record will be properly maintained and submitted with the final Bill.

Cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured, Aluminium conductor cable of size 95 Sqmm, Indoor/Outdoor type complete all as directed.

Out door type cable end termination joint fixed in repair heat shrinkable type for HT XLPE 11000 volt grade cable of size 3 core 95 Sqmm and connecting the cable with the load and testing including earth work complete all as specified and as directed .

XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavyduty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts Earthed, grade cross sectional area 95 Sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and directed by the Eng-in-Charge.

Supply and installation of Polymer switch air break Gang Operated Triple Pole mechanically operated mounted on Polymer Insulator and steel frame with operating mechanism worked from GL complete with 09 numbers polymer insulators of rating upto 200 Amps 11000 Volts including necessary length of down pipe made up of galvanised Iron medium grade 20mm bore with operation handle and locking arrangements complete all as specified and directed

GI pipe light grade of 80mm size fixed with clamps for inserting Cable as required at site.

Cross-arms bracing supports clamps and back pates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending, cold or hot drilling holes for insert bolts in any shape or size as indicated and as directed and inclusiv of one coat of redoxide primer and one finishing coat of aluminium paint including taking down old unservicable one complete all as specified and as directed.

Tinned Copper (TC) HT fuse wire 40 Amps complete all as specified and as directed.

Service charges for carrying out servicing and overhauling of under mentioned capacities HT VCB by drawing out the draw-out module of the breaker, carrying out complete cleaning with clean cloth & cleaning agent, lubrication of the mechanism & greasing with high temperature molly grease, testing for smoother ON/OF operation, carrying out relay calibration of protection relay by secondary current injection methods to check trip time characteristic of relays, checking of healthiness of CTs & Pts. Checking of IR value of Interrupters, healthiness of Protection Tripping of Circuit breaker etc. Choking and servicing switchgear Interlocks and Safety Like Mechanical - 1. Positive Interlock, 2.Negative Interlock, 3. Spring Discharge Interlock, 4. Padlocks, 5. Key Interlocking 6. Safety Roll in Stop, 7. Safety Roll - out Stop,8. Rating Interference Interlock. Electrical - Interlock Switches) Checking of Electrical operations of the breaker for ON/OFF & Trip operation for Incomer and Outgoing including submission of service & test reports. (ii) Proper photographic record will be maintained with dates of work carried out duly signed by the Eng-in-Charge. (iii) Unit rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of spares/ lubricants other than the spares mentioned under item No 44.00 to 51.00 (iv) The rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of labour charges for fixing taking down and renewal of defective spares.

Servicing of two pole structure including checking/ tightening/making free for operating of GOD, insulators, lighting arrester, changing of nut/bolts if required including preparation of old painted surfaces ,removing dust and other deposited materials by scraping from HT tubular pole of 11 Mtr long, painting of pole with one coat of black paint upto 1 Mtr from bottom and painting the rest of the pole including cross arms cable protection pipe clamps, bracket with one coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed

Filtration of transformer oil of transformers step down 11 KV/ 0.433 V indoor / outdoor type upto 500 KVA capacity installed at different sub stations/locations using filtration and heating equipment at site by re-circulating transformer oil heating, dehydration and improving di-electric strength of the oil to withstand minimum 40 KV for one minute including testing of oil all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) Transformer oil test kit and filtration machine shall be provided by the contractor at site for testing of oil. (ii) PVs of the Transformer oil is mandatory before making any payment. (iii) Photographic record to be maintained for the work carried out at site.

Silica gel from the breather of transformer of any type/model/capacity including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and filling / topping up new transformer oil conforming to IS specification for transformer upto 500 KVA capacity of suitable insulation grade not less than 40KV installed at various sub stations complete all as specified and as directed.

Maintenance/servicing of existing transformer of cap up to 500 KVA including follwing work/operations all as directed to the entre satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge :- (a) Opening of top plate after disconnection from HT/LT side. (b) Decaning of old transformer oil & keeping it for reuse after centrifusing to required dielectric strength as per IS schedules (c) Checking maintenance of all internal parts as HT/LT coils of all places, HT bushing, internal electrical connections, tap changing gear box. (d) Internal cleaning of tank by taking off complete coil/core of transformer outside and also cleaning of cooling tubes and make it free from sludge deposition. (e) Refilling of oil after repairs / maintenance work. (f) Change of cork Gasket of top cover. (g) Taking meggar value by applying not less than 5000 Volts meggar on HT side and not more than LT side from 500 Volts meggar & recording results. (h) Change of silica jel and glass of oil level indicator of cover both. (j) Terminal brass spindles bush and check nuts with threads suitable for LT 0-433 volts secondary terminals of transformer upto 300 KVA Capacity complete

Breather assembly of size 50mm dia, minimum 250 mm long suitable for transformer of any type/model/capacity including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed

Oil temperature indicator dial type having temperature range 0 to 120 degree celsius suitable for transformer of any type / model / capacity including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling HT and LT(Primary and Secondary) terminal box covers and terminals, inspecting the terminals and bushes etc arresting the leakage of oil by replacing gaskets, tighten all the terminal screws, bots and nuts etc for proper contacts and refixing covers all as specified and directed for various types of transformers upto 300 KVA capacity

Painting outer surfaces of transformer of capacity above 300KVA, any type / make / model, pole or plinth mounted, installed at various sub stations with one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade including cleaning the old painted surfaces and writing SM / MES numbers, capacity, make, date of oil testing etc., complete all as specified and as directed. (Photographic record of the work will be maintained and kept on record for the perusal of the Accepting Officer)
