• " (i) The bidder must be the original manufacturer of the tendered materials. The bidder must have successfully supplied at least 50 % of the tendered quantity directly or through any turnkey agency to any Indian Power Utility / Government Organization in one Financial year in the last 5 (Five) years ending on the date of opening of the tender.

• Bidder's capability:

? The bidder?s Annual production capacity shall not be less than the tendered quantity required to be supplied in consecutive last 3 years .The bidder must submit Annual reports/certificate issued by Charted Accountant /NSIC/ Directorate of Industries,, clearly mentioning the annual production with an affidavit in this regard during the last 3 (three) Financial years. NIT submission. Bidder must also submit an affidavit regarding genuineness of the report.

• Annual Production:

? The bidder must submit Annual reports/certificate issued by CA, clearly mentioning the annual production with an affidavit in this regard during the last 5 (Five) Financial years.

• Past performance (copy of order received and execution details)

• Type test report from CPRI/NTH/ERDA Lab or any equivalent Central Govt./State Government laboratory accredited by NABL will be accepted otherwise the bid shall be summarily rejected. (Within last Five years)

• Whether Notorised Affidavit is enclosed

• Regarding Non-Blacklisting/ Debarment of the Firm

• Regarding Genuineness of the all documents including Type Test Certificte enclosed with the tender

• Details of plant and machinery & testing facility to be furnished. List of various testing equipments, capacity, cost and validity of calibration etc. shall be furnished with the tender

• ?The bidder must have MAAT (Minimum Average Annual Turnover) of at least INR Fifty Crore for the best three (3) financial years out of last five (5) financial years (i.e from FY 2021-22 to FY 2025-26).

?For SSI unit of Bihar or Bihar Micro and Small Enterprises (BMSEs) , vendor must have turnover of at least 50% of the MAAT requirement as mentioned above i.e. INR 25 Crore only for any one year out of last five (5) financial years (i.e from FY 2021-22 to FY 2025-26)). Required Audited Annual Accounts must be accompanied with bid documents.

• Audited Annual Accounts of the last 5 (five) financial years(i.e from FY 2021-22 to FY 2025-26) needs to be submitted which must specify the turnover.

And,

Auditor Certificate which mention MAAT for the best three (3) financial years out of last five (5) financial years (i.e from FY 2021-22 to FY 2025-26)
