Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiles, including cement mortar, removing serviceable tiles from site & rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plastering of any description on brick / stone/ concrete wall / ceiling surfaces of any description incl racking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.

Taking down chowkats or frames exc 1.5sqm and not exc 4.0 sqm each with shutters ( without taking off shutters from the frame ) including dismantling of PCC bed blocks for hold fasts.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints, hammer dressing with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface n. exc 20mm complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for rendering in cement mortar (1:6), 15mm thick on other than fair faces of stone masonary surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 5mm thick rendering in cement mortar in CM (1:3) on ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound @3% by weight of cement on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth complete all as specified and directed (WPC measured and paid separately) .

Dismantling loose /disintegrated portion of RCC Chajjas, bend shelves, beams balconies and similar work at any position or any height and dobbing out with PCC 1:1.5:3, 15mm to 50mm thick using 6 to 12mm graded stone aggregate to make up and finished required shape including applying anti corrosive paint on exposed surfaces of reinforcement and provision of necessary supporting form work and including 10mm thick plastering in CM 1:4, finished fair and even, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rough cast plaster mix with crusted stone (6-10 mm), sand and cement in the ratio 1:1:1 , over 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 as in under coat including dubbing coat (if required) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 Sqm but not exc 0.38 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bedding in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exc 0.18 Sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bedding in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick in vertical surfaces area of each tile of exc. 0.11 Sqm and but not exc. 0.18 Sqm set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per the item No 17.00 above but as in skirting over 10 mm screed plaster in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for machine cut Kota stone slab flooring 18-20 mm thick over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified.

M&L for Kota stone slab 18-20mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over cement screed 10mm thick in CM (1:4) & jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the smooth of the slab incl rubbing & polishing complete all as spd & directed.

M&L for RCC type B-1 (1:2:4) using 20mm graded aggregate in slab supported on wall walls beams and columns in floors roof landings complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars of 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping), flat surfaces of concrete , surface is required to be fair finished complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm prelam coloured PVC sheet using instead of plain colour PVC sheet & edges will be painted to match with prelam sheet as reinforced with MS square tube and fixing in opening as specification & drawing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made solid PVC moulded door shutter with wood free EPS, 28to30mm thick, (styles) with 2,4 or 6 raised panel design with 2mm thick moulded Prelam (Nut Brown Colour )PVC sheet on the front face & 2mm Prelam (Nut Brown colour ) PVC sheet on back face, and fixing in the frame at site as per specification and drawings on page 176 to 181 of SSR (Part -II) 2020 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair Steel window/ventilator factory made, out of MS hollow section 79mm x 39mmx1.6mm thick frame with double shutter (glazed & wiregauged shutters) made out of Z section using flush butt welding and tennon riveting all as per IS 1038/83, dobby hinges shall be provided to both shutters, Locking arrangements as per sample approval by GE, provided with knob, 10mm MS square bars in grill, Z section handle 100mm size and 150mm long hook & eye welded to frame and shutter, four Nos lugs welded to frame inculding necessary flat iron beading for securing wire gauge etc including holes, cutting holes for hold fast and making good in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 including two coats synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.
