Earth work in bulk excavation by manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 m2 on plan) including disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 meters and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. All kinds of soil :

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing butexcluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-25 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in- charge. Note: - Cement in this item is @ 330 kg/ cum. Excess or less cement used as per design mix is content considered payable or recoverable separately. All works upto plinth level

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level TMT steel of grade Fe 500 or more

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with:1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for:Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

Extra for shuttering in circular works 20%

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for:Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry and curing complete, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 50 mm thick with 20mm nominal size stone aggregate.

12mm Cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix: 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand)

Extra for plastering on circular works

Providing & Incorporating during concreting GP sheet stripe water seal 1.25mm (nominal thick) at construction joints including jointing of hence so as to form a continuous barrier, strips area (excluding laps) to be measured 20cm in width.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade on New work (two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10sqm)

Providing and mixing water proofing material in cement concrete work in doses by weight of cement as per manufacturer’s specification. (1 kg of water proofing material in 50 kg of cement)

Steel work welded in built up sections/framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 1mm thick M.S sheet door with frame of 40x40x6 mm angle iron and 3mm M.S gusset plates at the junctions and corners, all necessary fittings complete, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer. Using flats 30x6mm for diagonal braces and central cross piece as in manhole cover on top of the dome/spring cover with locking arrangement.

Providing and fixing plain PVC Bends (ISI) of required degree 80 mm dia (LMR)

Providing Laying and Fitting of G.I Pipes in trenches including all fitting material excluding the cost of pipes and earthwork 80 mm (L)

Providing Laying and Fitting of G.I Pipes in trenches including all fitting material excluding the cost of pipes and earthwork 50 mm (L)

Carriage of cement from nearest market (as approved by Engineer in Charge) to road side to site of work for an av. distance of Average and 500 m by Manual means.

Carriage of Steel from nearest market (as approved by Engineer in Charge)to road side to site of work for an av. distance of Average 500 m by Manual means.

Carriage of Sand from nearest Source (as approved by Engineer in Charge)to road side by Mechanical Transport to site of work including cost for loading ,unloading & stacking for an av. distance of Average 150 Km Mechanical Transport and 500 m by Manual means.

Carriage of Stone Aggregate 20mm nominal size from nearest Source (as approved by Engineer in Charge)to road side by Mechanical Transport to site of work including cost for loading ,unloading & stacking for an av. distance of Average 30 Km Mechanical Transport and 500 m by Manual means.

Carriage of stone aggregate (Crushed) upto 40 mm by Manual mean from Road side (to be identified by engineer in charge) to site of work for an av. 30 Km Mechanical Transport and 500 m by Manual means.
