SH I : Supply of Items

Supply of 01 Set (04 Units) Precision Approach Path Indicator light with totally corrosion proof material, 6.6 amps series system complete with 200 watt 6.6 amp halogen lamps including lamp assembly , lamp holder/pins, frangible coupling at top and bottom of all legs, aluminium allloy veritcally adjustable legs, anodize aluminium reflectors, toughened front glass, Red dichroic filter, secondary leads of length ( min 5.0 mtr) with plug and dust proof housing with air filter etc. complete as required and including providing 01 set of all tools etc., Clinometer ( 02 nos), spirit level, Calibration checking stick with its 04 nos. Base plates for mounting of checking stick etc, complete as required as specified and also supplying following spares. (a) 200 watt halgen lamps- 10 Nos (b) Breakable coupling for top & bottom of legs - 4 Nos. (c)Red filters - 4 Nos. (d) Lamp holders - 4 Nos

Supply, of 4KW indoor type, air cooled Contant Current Regulator (CCR) having thyristor control electronic type suitable for use on 230/415V input AC supply with following mentioned output power at 6.6Amp with 5-step variation of current output and suitable for local & remote control operation with 24/48V DC control supply complete with ammeter, Voltmeter, OC, OV, Earth fault protection & earth leakage meter, positive feed back indication equipments, relay contactor etc as required as per specification.

Design, Supply of Remote Control Panel cum display Unit made out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet, totally enclosed. Panel suitable for operation of ON/ OFF for PAPI Units .

Supply of 5 KV, 6 Sqmm airport lighting cable as per technical specification specified in tender documents as required.

Supply of C. I. isolating transformer housing box, water tight round type, metal container of outside diameter size 330 mm height 450mm made of 10 mm thick cast iron moulding all round expect top surface, which is 15mm thick, cast iron moulding suitable to receive light fitting base plate on the top & underground housing associated with transformer power cable & having a clear hole center at one site surface center 75 mm above button surface suitable to receive one no./two nos. of 50 mm dia "B" class GI pipe and including check nuts as required and another hole on the side wall from the bottom of C. I. box to receive one no. 15 mm dia, "B" class, GI pipe and check nut as required as per approved drawing . The box should have two SS earth bolts of M10 x 30mm tapped inside near the hole (4" away from the hole centre) and having a drain hole at the bottom suitably tapped to receive 15 mm dia, 'B' class GI pipe and having clear opening of 220 mm at the top surface and 6 nos. M10 tapped hole at the hole centre 260 mm to receive fitting base plate and bolts as required as per the drawings.

Supply of XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed 1.1 KV grade aluminium conductor armoured power cable as per IS : 7098 with upto date amendments of following sizes: (a) 3.5 x 120 sq.mm

Supply of XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed 1.1 KV grade aluminium conductor armoured power cable as per IS : 7098 with upto date amendments of following sizes: (b) 4 x 16 sq.mm

Supply of 200 Watts,6.6/6.6 Amps, 5 kV grade 50 Hz 5 kV grade 50 Hz isolating transformers, series type encapsulated in neoprene tube rubber with primary and secondary leads as specified in particular specifications etc complete as required.

Supply, of 3-phase, 415 volt, 1500 RPM, 50 Hz, Silent Diesel generator set of 62.5 KVA at 0.8 pf lagging diesel engine alternator set mounted on common base frame in outdoor type acoustic enclosure, day tank of capacity as per OEM design, with Electronic Governer , battery, batter charger, anti vibration mounting pads, including inbuilt AMF panel , silencer, engine, alternator, safeties with accessories as per tender specifications complete as required including getting relevant approvals/ clearances from Regulatory Central/ State Govt authorities.

Supply of 1.1KV, 1.5 Sqmm, copper conductor PVC insulated, PVC sheathed 19 core, cable conforming to IS 694 & upto date ammendment.

SH II: ITC of Electrical items

Installation, testing & commissioning of 01 Set (04 Units) Precision Approach Path Indicator including carrying out PAPI siting calculation by collecting data complete as required.

Installation, testing & commissioning of 4KW indoor type air cooled Contant Current Regulator (CCR) having thyristor control electronic type suitable for use on 230/415V input AC supply with following mentioned output power at 6.6Amp with 5-step variation of current output and suitable for local & remote control operation with 24/48V DC control supply complete with ammeter, Voltmeter, OC, OV, Earth fault protection & earth leakage meter, positive back indication equipments, relay contactor etc as required as per specification.

Installation of transformer housing boxes with base concrete of 1:3:6 of size 630 x 630 x 100mm thick all round concrete of 1:2:4, 150mm thick, the top stopped with 1:2:4 cement including providing and fixing 250mm long 15mm dia. "B" class GI pipe with check nut for drainage of water including excavation of side shoulder and refilling (wherever the transformers boxes are not in a line the same has to be aligned in such a way that the centre fall in a straight line) etc. complete as required

Installation, testing & commissioning of 200 Watts, 6.6/6.6 Amps, 5 kV grade 50 Hz 5 kV grade 50 Hz isolating transformers, series type encapsulated in neoprene tube rubber with primary and secondary leads as specified in particular specifications etc complete as required.

Installation, testing & commissioning of 3-phase, 415 volt, 1500 RPM, 50 Hz, Silent Diesel generator set of 63 KVA completing in all respect including relevant approvals/ clerances from Regulatory Central/ State Govt authorities.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in foundation of PAPI/ DG set etc. including form work etc. as required.

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable upto 5 kV grade of following size on wall surface as required. (b) Above 95 sq. mm and upto 185 sq. mm (clamped with 25/ 40x3mm MS flat clamp)

Supplying and making cable route marker with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) of size 60 cm X 60 cm at the bottom and 50 cm X 50 cm at the top with a thickness of 10cm including inscription duly engraved as required.

Supply & laying of double wall high density polyethylene ( HDPE pipe) pipe of size 90/76mm (PN 2.5) conforming to IS:14930 (part-2) with latest amendment, complete with accessories like couplers, bends, tee etc in the shoulder/runway/taxiway by horizontal trenchless boring as per the site requirement.

SH: VI - EARTHING

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 meter long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ submain wiring/ cable/pipe as required.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 meter below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50 mm)

Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 meter long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with brass nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip at 0.50 meter below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of brass nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50 mm)

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required

Providing and fixingof following size G.I. pipe (Medium) on surface or laying in ground as per site requirement.. (a) 40 mm Nominal bore
