Contractor has to submit a copy of valid Electrical Contractor License for carrying out installation work of voltage class involved, issued by any State/Central Government along with a supervisor competency certificate and a person holding a permit (Wireman etc.) as per Regulation 29 of the Central Electricity Authority (Measure relating to Safety and Electric Supply) Regulation 2010 or latest / as per Rules 45 of the Indian Electricity Rules 1956 along with the tender documents, failing which the offer is liable to be rejected.
