Grade should be M-25

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Bar Screen (SS-304 corrugated Perorated screen) inside the Bar Screen Chamber required for screening of floatable matter of sewage and effluent having max. Flow 1.5 m3/hr with mesh size of 10mm. with suitable handling arrangement.

Construction/Providing & fitting of RCC oil& Grease chamber located after Bar Screen Chamber to separate oil and grease from sewage and effluent handling max. flow1.0 m3/hr. Grade should be M-25

Construction/Providing & fitting of Collection cum Equalization Tank (with grit chamber and top slab + Platform) required to store effluent for uniform quality and continuous feeding for collecting effluent water 15 m3. Grade should be M-25

Construction/Providing & fitting of Brick work Sludge drying beds 2 nos. Located after Secondary tube settler tank. Capacity : 1.0 m3

Part : B Providing & fitting of Flash Mixture Tank having MSFRP with 5 mm sheet thickness of side walls and 6 mm thickens of bottom. Located after the collection tank for mixing and reaction of capacity of coagulation tank is 1.2m3 /hr (MSEP/WAVES/RUBY or Equivalent make) Chemical mixing with Gear Motor Box having 1.0 HP and Agitator. Providing & fitting of Coagulation and Flocculation Tank having MSFRP with 5 mm sheet thickness of side walls and 6 mm thickens of bottom. Located after the coagulation tank for sedimentation of coagulants and flocculants. Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Filter Feed Pump (1 Working + 1 Standby). having discharge 0.75 m3/hr and head 10m centrifugal, self-primping type located near to filtration system. Make : (Crompton/Kirloskar or Equivalent make).

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Centralize Electrical Control Panel. Control panel will be industrial cubical type, with non-compartment, dust and vermin proof, wall mounted .One incoming feeder will be provided which will have amp meter, voltmeter, indicating lamps and energy meter. Outgoing feeders will be as per drives of mechanical equipment. Outgoing feeder shall have contactor, overload relay, on/off push button, indicating lamp, neutral link and one set of terminal block. Panel will be epoxy coated. Job includes copper plate earthing of the panel and other electrical items.

Providing and fitting of allied Accessories such as Pressure gauges, Level switches etc.

Part : C Providing and laying of uPVC Pipeline to pipe ( IS : 4985 ) class :II, 4 kg/cm approved quality/ make including going the pipe with solvent. Diameter of pipe : 100 mm ( As per direction of engineer-in-charge) Make: prince, Supreme, Astral. (Including Demolishing, Cement concrete of pipe line, Manhole. Completer in all respect as required) Quantity : 150 meters

CETP Shed Cum Panel room – Providing and fixing precoated galvanized iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 15 meter or suitable size. The sheet shall be fixed using self-drilling /self-tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. Providing and fixing hard drawn steel wire fabric of size 75 x25 mm mesh or other suitable size wire mesh to be fixed & firmly anchored to the concrete surface by means of "L" shaped mild steel shear key welded with existing reinforcement including the cost of materials, labour, tool & Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.
