REPAIR TO CERTAIN ROADS AND HARDSTANDING IN OTM AND MD ACCN UNDER AGE B/R H/L, GE DEOLALI

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exc 400 sqm, exc 50mm and n exc 100 mm deep complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Laying and compacting 75 mm thick (compacted thickness) Wet Mix Macadam ( WMM) grading as per table 400-13 of MoRTH specification for Road and Bridge works 2013 manufactured in WMM plant,material comprising of clean crushed graded aggregate and granular material premixed with water to a dense mass spreading with sensor paver and rollingwith vibratory roller of capacity 80-100KN static weight and consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as spd and directed. The finished surface tolerance to be as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specification complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing on WMM surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally cleaning the surfaces with mechanical compressor to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a primer coat with Bitumen Emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surfaces of granular base confirming to IS: 8887-1978 at a rate of application of 7.00 kg/10 sqm on surface of WMM as specified in MoRTH Fifth Revision specification for road and bridge works including cost and carriage of bitumen emulsion and all other incidental cost of work using mechanical sprayer/means complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing on existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally cleaning the surfaces with mechanical compressor to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a tack coat of Cationic bitumen Emulsion of approved grade RS1 type (packed bitumen emulsion) conforming to IS: 8887-1978 at a rate of application of 2.75 kg/ 10 sqm on bituminous surface as specified in MoRTH Fifth Revision specification for road and bridge works, using mechanical sprayer/means complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premixed bituminous macadam laid using mechanical paver for any width of road, rolled & compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) with binder content (paving VG - 30 grade bitumen) of min. 4% by weight of total mix complete all as specified and directed.

M&L applying evenly tack coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion of approved grade RS1 type (packed bitumen emulsion) conforming to IS: 8887-1978 at a rate of application of 2 kg/ 10 sqm on bituminous surface as specified in MoRTH Fifth Revision specification for road and bridge works, using mechanical sprayer/means complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for laying bituminous Cold Mix (30 mm thick bituminious concrete) MSS+ on prepared base consisting of a mixture of unheated mineral aggregate and emulsified with CRRI approved emulsion for BC layer (minimum emulsion content 8.30% by tatal weight of aggregate) cold Mix,including mixing in a plant of suitable type and capacity,transporting,laying compacting and finishing to specified grades and levels rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using 8 to 10 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed. Note : Cost for all test/Job Mix formula for using MSS+ shall be born by contractor No extra cost shall be provided for testing of material.

M&L for painting line, dashes, arrow,centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like letters etc. on road pavement (parking etc.) providing & applying 2 mm thick road marking strips (reflective) of specified shade /colour using hot thermoplastic material fully / semi-automatic application machine fitted with profile shoe heater driven by experienced operator on road surfaces including preparation of previously treated surfaces , cleaning surfaces of all dirt, scales, oils, grease & foreign materials etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- charge.

Supply and fixing in repair cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA strip reflector and fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions incl chemicals as required complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc incl chemicals all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar of any description or thickness in floors, aprons, walls etc complete all as specified and as as directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block 80 mm thickness Rouber moulded shape and size confirming to IS-15658-2006 , with M 40 Grade as in floor/pavement laid on 30 mm thick stone dust cushioning laid dry to the profile complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Nominal Mix Concrete of Grade M 7.5 ( using 40 mm graded agg type 2 ) as in fdn filling and mass concrete/sub base complete all as spd and directed.

M &L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) Finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth using extra cement for filleting, benching,coping etc slightly rounded or chamfered on edges wherever required including necessary form work / moulds etc complete all as specified and as directed .

Note :- Schedule of Credit of Amount Rs 2220.00 shall be deducted from total amount.
